I know a lot of ppl are going back to school or work so I hope this can give you some inspo for prepping meals at home! Hope you are doing well, thank you so much for being here, and enjoy the video! xoxo CONTACT kelsigiroux@gmail.com MY VLOG CHANNEL https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdZI0ZyvYGPrAQLkXwMe-jg Chili/Stew Recipe 2 red peppers 1 small white onion 3 garlic cloves 3 medium carrots 5 stalks celery 5 medium tomatoes 3 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp parsley or 1/4 cup fresh parsley Chop veggies and add to pot on medium heat with 1/4 cup water Let veggies sautee for 10 min then add all other ingredients Add 1/2 -1 cup water depending on your preference and mix well Let simmer until veggies are soft I ate mine with steamed potatoes!
