It was one of those helpx gigs and we’d help out at the restaurant a few hours a day in exchange for room and board. And every time we’d go to roll silverware she’d say “I will polish the silverware. Because I am Polish.” And somehow it was funnier every time she said it.i hope she’s doing fabulously wherever she is."
