Why Opening My Third Eye Changed My Life Forever Have you ever felt like there was more to life than what meets the eye? That there's a deeper meaning to our existence, but you just can't put your finger on it? I used to feel that way too, until the 27/3/2019 at 12:30am is when it happened. I opened my third eye. For those who aren't familiar with the concept, the third eye is a mystical and esoteric term, often used in spiritual and metaphysical circles, to refer to the pineal gland, a small endocrine gland located in the centre of the brain. It's believed that the pineal gland is responsible for producing the hormone melatonin, which regulates sleep-wake cycles, but it's also said to be the gateway to higher consciousness, intuition, spiritual insight and the spiritual realm. When I first heard about the third eye, I was skeptical. I thought it was the evil eye as people would say. But boy was they wrong. I then I started to do my research, and I discovered that the third eye is actually a very real and ancient concept, found in many different cultures and traditions around the world of which is the essence of ones truth. I decided to give it a try, I read a tone of books and I started practicing meditation and doing affirmations to activate my third eye. At first, at first I struggled to quiet my mind and focus my attention on the present moment. But gradually, I began to notice changes in my perception and my awareness. Colours seemed brighter, sounds seemed clearer, and then I saw and experienced it for myself. OMG! I felt more connected to the world around me and most importantly my inner world. I started having vivid dreams and visions, and I began to understand things on a deeper level than I ever had before. I felt more in tune with my intuition, and I started to trust my instincts more. Opening my third eye was a powerful and transformative experience. It changed the way I see myself, others, and the world. It helped me to let go of fear and attachment, and to embrace the present moment with gratitude and joy. It's not a quick fix or some sort of magic, but it's a journey worth taking. If you're curious about opening your third eye, I encourage you to do your own research, It's not for everyone, but for those who are ready, it can be a life-changing experience. I think consciousness is extremely powerful because it allows us to connect with the world around us in a way that goes beyond our physical senses. Vibrations and frequencies are a big part of that because they help us tune in to different aspects of reality. When we're in tune with the right frequencies, we can experience things like creativity, inspiration, and joy on a whole new level. It's amazing how much power we have over our own consciousness when we learn to work with these energies!
