•20 Ritz crackers
•1 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
Mix together powdered sugar and peanut butter.
Add about 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter filling on half of the crackers.
Press other half of the Ritz crackers on the peanut butter ones to form sandwiches.
Freeze 30 minutes.

Crust:
•1 stick butter, melted
•1 1/2 cups graham cracker crust
Combine until it looks like wet sand.
Press into tart pan
Chocolate:
•1 cup heavy cream, hot
•2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
Pour chocolate warm cream. Mix until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Meringue Topping:
•2 egg whites
•4 tbsps granulated sugar
•pinch of salt
Beat salt and egg whites until frothy. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Top chocolate with meringue and toast lightly using a torch. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving.

Nutella Cheesecake Thumbprint cookies are a chewy cheesecake flavored cookie filled with Nutella and topped with crushed hazelnuts.
4 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
6 tbsp unsalted butter softened at room temperature

½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup flour
⅓ cup Nutella plus more for optional topping
½ cup Hazelnuts crushed
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
Add the sugar, lemon zest and vanilla, and beat until all ingredients are mixed together.
Sift in flour and salt just until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Do not overman.
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper scoop out 1 tablespoon sized balls of dough, roll them into smooth balls , and place them on the cookie sheet.
Lightly press your thumb in the center of each ball of dough and fill each thumb press with about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella. Do not overflow the cookie with Nutella.
Top the Nutella part of the cookie with crushed hazelnuts and lightly press them in the Nutella. If desired, lightly sprinkle salt top of the crushed hazelnuts.
Cover cookies with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Once oven has preheated, place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-13 minutes, or just until light golden around d the edges. They will look undone and still be very soft when you take them out.
Allow them to cool on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes then transfer them onto a cooling rack to cool completely.

•8oz shredded applewood smoked cheddar

• sliced mushrooms (optional)
•2 cups shredded mozzarella
In a 9x13 in baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, then cheddar cheese sauce, then meat sauce, then mushrooms. Repeat layers 3 times. On top of the last layer of lasagna sheets, a small amount of left over meat sauce and cheddar cheese sauce. Finally top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake covered at 375°F for 25 minutes. •1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
•1 Tbsp sugar
•1 Tbsp cocoa powder
•6 Tbsp butter, melted
Bake at 325°F for 7 minutes.
Chocolate Cheesecake Filling
•1/4 cup heavy cream, hot
•3/4 cup chocolate chips
•1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
•1 whole egg
•1 egg yolk
•1/3 cup granulated sugar
•3 tsps all purpose flour
Directions:
1. Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed and texture resembles wet sand.
2. Line 1 standard size muffin tin with muffin liners and firmly press about 1-2 tablespoons of crust into each liner.
3. Bake crust in a preheated oven at 325°F for 7 minutes then remove from oven.
4. To make the cheesecake filling, heat heavy cream until very hot but not boiling. Add chocolate chips in hot heavy cream and mix until melted and smooth.
5. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and egg yolk until smooth.
6. To cream cheese mixture, add melted chocolate and stir until evenly combined.
7. Whisk in flour and mix just until combined.
8. Add cheesecake mixture into each muffin liner.
9. Bake at 325°F for 23-25 minutes.
10. Allow to cool in tin 10-15 minutes. Remove from muffin tin and serve cooled.

Biscoff Icebox Cake
This Biscoff Icebox Cake made of Biscoff cookies layered with creamy Biscoff filling, will become one of the most delicious desserts you've ever made.
Ingredients
2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream cold
1 3.04 oz package of instant vanilla pudding mix
⅓ cup Biscoff cookie butter melted
40-45 Biscoff cookies (about 1 ½, 8.8oz packages)
Instructions
Using a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachement, whisk together whipping cream and instant pudding mix until thick evenly mixed (about 1-2 minutes on high). Set aside
In a microwave save bowl, place Biscoff cookie butter and microwave for 30 seconds until melted. This will make it much easier to drizzle.
Layer the bottom of a 8×8 baking dish with Biscoff cookies. Top the first layer of cookies with 1/2 of the mousse. On top of the mousse, drizzle melted Biscoff cookie butter and add another layer of the cookies. Layer cookies with second half of the mousse, drizzle melted cookie butter, and finish off with final layer of cookies.
For decoration and extra flavor, drizzle the remaining of the cookie butter over the top of cake. Cover with plastic wrap and rerigerate for at least 8 hours so that the Biscoff Icebox Cake can set. Serve cold.

5. Fold in the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese custard and mix until evenly combined.

How to Make Lava Cake at Home
Chocolate Lava Cake is a great name for this chocolatey dessert because it is exactly that. A moist chocolate cake that has runny chocolate oozing out of it when cut just like hot lave. This dessert is so popular that almost every restaurant has it’s own version of the dessert and you would think that special talent is needed for this but really, it’s just 7 ingredients all mixed together and baked into lava-that’s it!
I’m all about chocolate and this is a rich chocolate dessert that can be paired with so many options such as; berries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and so much more.
Ingredients
½ cup butter plus more to grease ramekins
6 oz semisweet chocolate
2 large eggs
2 large egg yoks
3 tbsp sugar
pinch salt
¼ tsp espresso powder
3 tbsp all purpose flour
cocoa powder dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Prepare 4 remakins by greasking them with butter and dusting the insides with cocoa powder. Tap out any excess cocoa powder.
In a mixing bowl, add butter, chocolate, and espresso powder and melt in microwave in 30 minute intervals mixing between each or using the double boiler method. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Once chocolate is melted, set aside.
In a seperate bowl, combine 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, sugar, and salt and beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes on high speed until the egg yolks are thick and light yellow.
Pour the melted chocolate in the egg mixture and mix until mostly combined.
Add in all purpose flour and fold in until fully incoporated.
Divide the chocolate batter evenly into 4 ramekins.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes. The outsides of the cakes should be firm and the top centers will still be soft and jiggle slightly.
Remove from oven and let the lava cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute. Then, invert onto plates and the lava cakes should easily release from the ramekins.

Homemade Stromboli Recipe |Ina Eats In
I used my favorite Homemade Pizza Dough to make this delicious Stromboli that everyone loved so much. After making the dough and allowing it to rise, deflate and roll out the dough. You can make one long Stromboli or two smaller ones.
After rolling it out with a rolling pin, later desired toppings. I used seasoned sauce (go light on the sauce), meats, cheeses, onion, mushrooms, and black olives. When you start layering on the toppings, leave a 1 inch border on the bottom and sides and a 3 inch border on top. This part will be brushed with egg wash to help the ends stick.
After rolling, brush top with egg wash and sprinkle with oregano, pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds. Using a sharp knife, cut slits on the top to help the steam escape.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 400F. If the Stromboli turns brown before then, cover top loosely with aluminum foil.
