John Suzuki John is grateful for an incredible 40 years of friendships and professional experience in technology sales, public speaking and business evangelism with companies including IBM, Vrbo, and Expedia Group, I am now shifting to "giving back" by educating, mentoring and inspiring folks to find "better" and more happiness in their lives.
As a new author, I have recently fulfilled a 15 year promise to publish a book to educate the world on a dark chapter of America, so that it never happens again. "American Grit - From a Japanese American Concentration Camp Rises an American War Hero," is the true story of the Japanese American concentration camps and a man who volunteered out of one of the camps to fight for the U.S. Army and emerged an American War Hero. It is an amazing story that I was truly honored to write, and one which I hope readers can learn a lot from.
I will soon launch my podcast, "Finding Better," sharing valuable and relatable experiences that folks can learn from and apply to their own lives. It's all about helping to make the world better than it was the day we got here. It'll be fun, informative, and (hopefully) interesting, so please feel free to join us.

My vision is to “go back to the roots” as they say and re-introduce African healing shamanism in the form of herbs and botanical plant medicine which have little or no side effects; historically and sustainably cultivated to alleviate many health conditions plaguing humanity throughout history till today, caused by inflammation of cells.
I acquired over 25yrs of industry knowledge by intimately dealing with Natural products industry and supplying natural food ingredients to the Dietary Supplements market all over the world whilst developing family brand of Sorghum Supplement called JOBELYN sold to millions of Africans for decades till today. I helped conduct human and clinical studies in Africa, Europe and USA using sorghum superfood Ingredient to demonstrate its efficacy and safety profiles to build customer trust and loyalty and validate what we know historically.
Sorghum Superfood has the unique ability of being a multi-faceted health solution for many degenerative conditions by reversing those conditions rapidly with the power it’s polyphenol content; a very powerful antioxidant agent that helps reverse inflammation of cells.
Our Ingredient has the competitive edge over others by its bioavailability presented in many varying applications like Dietary Supplement, Tea beverage, Superfood Powders and Natural Red Color Dye for Food, cosmetic and beverage applications.
My love for entrepreneurship was instilled in me from a young age by my father who owned and ran multiple successful businesses which led me to study and acquire Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at the prestigious Kingston University in London. My need for healing and fascination with miraculous healing took me on an adventure and travels living on 3 continents all over the world. This journey into Self-discovery divinely sparked my interests in African mystic arts, metaphysics, esoterism, spirituality, human psychology, and psychotherapy; induced by traumatic and near-death experiences at a very early age.
I now joyfully share these healing principles of integration of the mind, body and soul using purely non-Dual teachings handed down by masters in transforming the mind; utilizing a combo of modalities using African folk medicine to facilitate the body healing itself very rapidly and my passion of being a life coach and a strong advocate for mental health

I grew up in the 1950's with big dreams of being an actress on TV. The resilience, tenacity and audacity it took for a little colored girl (that's what we were called back then) to get to Hollywood from my 5-block by 9-block, sleepy little village of Phoenix, IL, are now serving me well as a pro-aging evangelist. (See my TEDx Talk for the full story.)
My Primetime TV career flourished in Sitcom, including starring opposite comic legend Redd Foxx and Touched By An Angel star, Della Reese, as their daughter, Elizabeth, in the CBS sitcom, The Royal Family. Along with guest-starring in comedies headlined by Kirstie Allley, Mo’Nique, John Ritter, Brett Butler, Jean Smart, Delta Burke and Robert Guillaume (to name drop a few), I've also played the wife or girlfriend of Ernie Hudson, Dennis Haysbert, Clifton Davis, Sherman Hemsley, Miguel Niunez, Haywood Nelson and Harold Sylvester. (to drop a few more)...and co-starred opposite O.J. Simpson for three seasons as his wife, Ellen, in the HBO football dramedy, First & 10.
What I am probably most frequently recognized for is my
notorious recurring role opposite Meshach Taylor as his yuppie-from-hell girlfriend, Lita"I'll be waiting in the Beamer" Ford, on CBS’ Designing Women.
But in the 1980’s, I was a Daytime TV trailblazer as one of the first
-- and still few -- African-American soap opera heroines, playing the feisty, young criminal defense attorney, DiDi Bannister, on ABC’s Edge of Night, the distaff half of "Calvin & DiDi," one of
the first -- and still few -- BIPOC super-couples in the wonderful world of soaps. I went on to long-term, recurring daytime roles
on CBS’ Guiding Light and NBC's Sunset Beach, but it's "DiDi" for which I am most fondly remembered by soap opera fans. Now in my seventies, I'm renouncing basking in past career accomplishments in favor of marinating in new possibilities! Adding the skills of my training as a certified hypnotherapist (CHt.) and NLP practitioner to my artistry as an actor, I'm blazing a new trail: prosecuting ageism. Bringing diversity, candor and humor -- along with an expanded psychological awareness and fresh perspective -- to the exploration of the modern
older woman...to a societal, cultural and media landscape
that's woefully behind the times.
Host/MC & Speaker for a wide variety of events, from political fundraisers and charity telethons (March of Dimes) to corporate (SAG-AFTRA, Chicago Dept. of Human Services) to fashion and standup comedy shows. My social activism also extends to the other end of the age continuum, with a citation from the California State Assembly and an honor as "Volunteer of the Year" by the Los Angeles Dept. of Children’s Services for my work with at-risk youth (Friends of the Family & MacLaren Children’s Center) Click below for my profile as an AARP Age Disruptor and the TEDx Talk, "AGEISM IS A BULLY...STAND UP TO IT!" (Included in Ashton Applewhite's [This Chair Rocks] OldSchool.info guide to anti-ageism/pro-ageing resources.).

Rumble has made errors in Titling again...
This is the Bios that Ben sent me Ann Hester, MD
By 2034, our country could face a staggering shortfall of up
to 124,000 doctors. But I didn't have the time to explain fully. If we
consider the actual needs of Americans in many rural and urban
communities, that shortfall could reach 180,000+! Yes, you read that
right - an alarming reality demands our attention.
Doctors have med school, and nurses have nursing school, but there is no
viable 'patient school' where people can learn how to effectively
partner in the very care that can prolong their life or end it
prematurely. No doubt, equipping patients with practical tips to
optimize every moment they spend with physicians can help them receive
the best possible outcomes at the lowest cost, both to individuals and
our struggling healthcare system.
I can teach your audience eight key terms that help physicians develop a
working diagnosis, so they can give a power-packed, one-minute "elevator
speech" that will narrow the diagnostic possibilities and thus expedite
a correct diagnosis. The potential impact of sharing this vital
information previously known only to those in the medical field is
enormous, and your show can play a critical role in spreading this
message far and wide. Together we can create a positive ripple effect
that transforms lives and secures a healthier future.
