Evolution is a two-way street. Human intelligence increased only as long as the more intelligent people remained the most fertile. In a process that Helmut Nyborg, Richard Lynn, Ed Dutton and others have named dysgenics, things have gone into reverse. Human intelligence is falling. We continue to look for political solutions to what is and evolutionary problem. There will not be any.

Making the case that human evolution is ongoing. Evolution offers a compelling explanation of the political problems of this age. This being so, we must evolve our way out of them. It requires understanding the optimal relationship between the individual and society, and a commitment to raising children to participate in a healthy society.

Evolution is to blame for the sorry state of society. Human nature is to take the easy way out, and that has led us to this impasse. Hard work - having and properly raising children - can get us out.
