I'm on a mission to master the first Resident Evil game. Multiple play-throughs to deeply understand this game. Inside and out. Here's my recap of the first run with Chris Redfield.

These puzzles get pretty easy after you do them a few times.

I was wrong about Chris. During his run there's actually a desk key in the bathtub. Even so that's very little purpose for this room considering Jill get's nothing. Am I missing something?

We finished up the Chris Redfield run and we're jumping straight back in with Jill. Mastering Resident Evil one step at a time.

We hacked into the mainframe.

I love these old games. We bump into this guy who's never mentioned before or after this moment. Great story telling here!

Resident Evil is a fine example of the top notch cinematic and acting skills that were on display during the PS1 generation.
