I have been working out for 15 years and training people for 14 and have never been on a machine for cardio training longer than 5minutes in one time in my life, and I recommend you do the same, there’s a reason they put televisions everywhere in the cardio section 👀
H.I.I.T. cardio to finish off my resistance training…
3-5 rounds 15-20seconds explosive movement followed by 45-90 secs rest repeat between each round
And for endurance cardio, go outside, run, jog, play a sport, spend time with your partner 👀
