Learn How To Make Hot Chocolate With A Twist This Christmas
The classic Christmas punch is getting boring. It is the same old red fruit juice with simple syrup and some kind of booze to keep things interesting. Not everyone is a fan of that classic beverage, but everyone does love a good cup of hot chocolate. So how about we make a <a href="https://rumble.com/v31q2i-5-hot-chocolate-in-a-jar-recipes-edible-gifts.html">hot chocolate</a> punch, with a twist?
To make this classic favorite of the masses for yourself and someone special, you will need:
1 ¾ cups milk; ⅓ cup whipped cream; 1 tbsp icing sugar; 1 tsp Motion Cooking sweet pinch (or a mix of your favorite Allspice blend); 30oz dark chocolate; peel of one orange, thoroughly washed; a shot whiskey or rum.
Recipe:
Put the milk, whipped cream, icing sugar, Allspice blend and orange peel into a pot. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer. When the milk mixture is hot, stir in the chocolate.
Let the orange peel soak in hot chocolate for 5-10 minutes, then pour over a sieve to get rid of the chunky bits.
Now comes the really fun part - adding a bit of your favorite brown spirit into what is already a gorgeous hot beverage. Add rum to keep it festive, or whiskey to build up the strength; both fit gorgeously into the picture.
Serve into a festive mug with a dollop of whipping cream on the top. Don’t forget to omit the booze if you serve this to your kids.

Easy And Fun Making Of Waffle Enchiladas
Fluffy waffles with a spicy filling... Time to take your breakfast game to the next level!
Here’s a video we can sink our teeth into. Waffles enchiladas? Delectable! They are not only filled with colorful goodness, but the presentation is fabuloso.
The ingredients aren’t exactly spelled out for us, but we gather you start with a mixing bowl, fill it with white flour, two eggs, a dash of some reddish herb (chili powder? The description does indicate “spicy filling”), and then briskly whisk into a homogeneous batter. Add a cup of orange juice (zumo de naranja), whisk some more. The powder and the orange juice give the batter an earthy reddish hue. Now, pour in a cup of water to thin the consistency. Bring out your favorite electric waffle iron, spoon in the waffle mix and you’re ready to cook, right?
Wrong. It may be a waffle, but it’s not an enchilada without adding some sweet red peppers, yellow jalapeno peppers, and a small amount of onions. Cook the waffle enchilada (wafflada?), open the waffle iron, add some shredded meat (chicken, in this case), enchilada or taco sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese, but only to one side of the waffle. Old the other side over, as if it was a sandwich or taco.
Heat again, then serve on a plate in sections. You can really impress on a platter surrounded by cilantro, lemons and limes, and peppers. The bright and lively color is certainly part of the Mexican experience. Break open one of these delightful treats and watch the gooey cheese ooze out, and the colorful filling sparkle the senses.
What else can you do with a waffle maker? It looks like the possibilities are endless. Let’s explore the possibilities: a Hawaiian might have pineapple (and possibly a poi paste?); a Scandinavian might have cod or smoked salmon, and speaking of smoked salmon, why not ad some cream cheese for a “Brooklyn”? Besides fish, all kind of other meaty delicacies might be added, anything from deviled ham to ham.
Northern Italian? Parmesan, tomato, prosciutto, and perhaps balsamic vinegar. Southern Italian? More tomato, olive, garlic, artichokes, and zucchini. The “San Francisco” might be a cioppino styled waffle (wafflpino?) including mussels, <a href="https://rumble.com/v3jh7r-the-cat-afraid-to-touch-caridean-shrimp.html" target="_blank">shrimp</a>, crabs, fennel, onion, shallots, and salt. For reference, see the Columbo episode “Murder, A Self Portrait”.
You have to be imaginative with your electric <a href="https://rumble.com/v417cr-waffle-house-customer-cooks-his-own-meal-after-finding-staff-sleeping-rare-.html" target="_blank">waffle</a> maker. These would make memorable party snacks, and you can’t get more memorable than your favorite Super Bowl party. A lot has been said about cheese, and obviously the waffle-cheese combinations would be incredible. String cheese, blue cheese, and even brie, Camembert, or some other imported fancy cheese would put the waffle connoisseur into a cheese lover’s coma for the day.
We’ve pretty much been discussing the moist waffle versions, but it’s conceivable that whatever you do with the moist, fresh waffle could also be made into a more dehydrated “cracker” type snack. Many of these might be herb based, with oregano and thyme as the seasoning, but also bases of spinach, Swiss chard, kale, mustard greens, or even living alfalfa sprouts would make tempting experiments.

How To Make Quattro Formaggi Tater Tots
You can buy them in the frozen aisle at the supermarket, but nothing beats the flavor of homemade, especially if it has been doused in cheese! So, without further ado, let us show you how you can make the perfect Quattro Formaggi Tater Tots!
For this <a href="https://rumble.com/v3wh5l-cheesy-cordon-burger.html“ target="_blank">recipe</a>, you will need:
For the tots: 2 large boiled potatoes, 1 egg, 50g mozzarella, 50g parmesan cheese, 50g provolone, 50g cheddar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp fresh parsley.
For the breading: 2 eggs, lightly beaten, flour, bread crumbs, frying oil
Recipe:
Peel the potatoes after you have let them cool until they are just warm to the touch, then pass them through a potato ricer. You can skip this gadget by mashing them, but the ricer makes for an even texture. Add all the cheeses and spices, then mix by hand. If you do add chilly flakes, make sure to wear a glove, because it will sting your skin.
Form small patties with about a tablespoon and a half of the dough, that you will then bread the usual way: first in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Fry them in the hot oil for one minute on each side, or until they are golden brown.
How you consume them is entirely up to you! Serve them as a side dish or with some delicious <a href="https://rumble.com/v309tb-creamy-corn-dip.html“ target="_blank">dip</a>!
Bon appetite!
