This recipe is super easy to make, yet head-over-heels delicious, not to mention healthy! Check it out. Ingredients: 1 butternut pumpkin, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 heaped tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan, 3 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder To start, preheat your oven at 435 Fahrenheit, or 220 Celsius. Peel and chop the butternut squash into sticks and place them in a bowl, then pour the oil on top, tossing them to coat well.
