Of course, the answer to that is superannuation. First of all, it's communism because in 1992 Paul Keating introduced superannuation that takes the workers' wages. He didn't give them a choice. It started at two per cent. He said, 'We're going to give it to someone you've never met, and there's no guarantee you're going to get it back when you're 60.' Just like the vaccine mandates. That money was taken from them. If Paul Keating had taken that to an election, do you think it would have got up? Absolutely not. If Paul Keating had said in 1992 that by 2025 you were going to have 12 per cent of your wages taken out—wages of workers, mind you, who build this country. This country was built by the battlers, not by the blowhards who are sucking $30 billion of fees out of superannuation ever year. It was built by the battlers. I still argue it is a breach of the Constitution. You are taking away their property rights without any guarantee that they will get the capital returned to them when they are 60, discounted for present value. Communism. Marxism. What we've got now is industry super funds, and BlackRock and Vanguard in the private sector. I'm not doing this from an ideological Left versus Right platform. I'm doing this from the view point of the big guy versus the little guy: the little guys who get up every day, get out of bed and put their nose to the grindstone. They get the lowest wages in this country, and you're ripping off 12 per cent of their income to give it to someone they've never met so they can gouge $30 billion in fees every year. What you've done is taken that money, which is 'unelected' money, and there's no control over how it's spent. The superannuation boards are not elected by the members. That undermines all the powers of the individual in how their money is spent. Then the superannuation funds appoint their own directors to appoint their own ideological agendas. If the carnage and human tragedy of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars have taught us anything, it's that everyday people are made to suffer at the hands of elites who lack the empathy to understand the true horror of war. Rather than learn from the failure of the Middle East occupations, it seems we are doomed to repeat them. The origins of the war in Ukraine didn't start this year but in late 2013, with the decision by the then Ukrainian President, Viktor Yanukovych, to suspend an association agreement with the EU. As stated by Yanukovych, parts of the EU deal were inadequate, and Ukraine did not have the money to upgrade to European standards. To quote an MP from the Party of Regions, the governing party: If we had signed, we would have opened our borders and killed our own manufacturers. The decision to delay this decision led to riots and the eventual overthrow of the democratically elected president in the early months of 2014. The Party of Regions represented Ukrainians from eastern Ukraine, where significant manufacturing took place. It was quite within the governing party's right to act in the best interests of their constituents. This, however, wasn't enough for the antigovernment protesters, who spent the next four months protesting outside the Ukrainian parliament. The protests turned violent, and many members of the governing party fled the capital and even the country... Eisenhower was my favorite US President. Not only was he President, but he was also head of NATO, Columbia University and of course the Allied Invasion at D-Day. When someone likes Eisenhower warns of a military industrial complex the world should listen. I suspect his famous remarks in his final speech were directed at the CIA, as early in his first term the CIA overthrew a democratically elected government in Iran. It is disputed that Eisenhower was even aware of what the CIA were up to and that he never forgave them for it. Needless to say Eisenhower wasn’t having a bar of it in 1957 when Britain, France and Israel tried to take the Suez Canal back from Egypt via a military invasion. He told Britain, a close ally that he would dump sterling bonds if they didn’t withdraw. The attached video shows that not much has changed 60 years later. While I don’t support the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, I don’t support the failure by media and the west to acknowledge and call out the coup in 2014 of a democratically elected government that led to unnecessary violence, suffering and death before this year's invasion. The world has enough problems without stoking further tensions. All war is a failure of diplomacy. And I quote: “The smoking gun proving US involvement in the 2014 coup in Kiev has been removed from YouTube after eight years. It was the most complete version of the intercepted and leaked conversation between then Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and Geoffrey Pyatt, the then US ambassador to Ukraine, in which the two discuss who will make up the new government weeks before democratically-elected Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was overthrown in a violent coup on Feb. 21, 2014.… The removal of a video that had existed online for eight years raises major questions as it comes during the war in Ukraine. Corporate media has studiously avoided mentioning the causes of the current conflict, including NATO eastward expansion, the rejected Moscow treaty proposals in December, the civil war in Donbass and the 2014 coup in Kiev that led to the Donbass uprising and violent repression by the coup government. The coup in 2014 is the starting point that led to all these events culminating in Russia’s invasion in February. Removing the video would be consistent with the suppression of any information that falls outside the enforced narrative of events in Ukraine, including whitewashing any mention of the U.S.-backed coup.”

Senator RENNICK (Queensland) (10:48): It's great to address the chamber on this very important bill. I'd like to address Senator Canavan's concerns about the environment as a result of these renewables because that is what really concerns me about the path that we are taking. If we continue down the path of constantly getting rid of our base-load energy in this country, like coal, and replacing it with wind, solar, lithium batteries and transmission lines, we are going to create an environmental catastrophe. I touched on this last night. It is well known that wind farms kill millions and millions of birds and bats. They kill apex birds. They kill lots and lots of bats. Many people probably don't know that bats, along with bees, are one of the major pollinators in our environment. Then we've got the issue with batteries. Batteries come from rare earth minerals like lithium, for example. Lithium is a one per cent ore body. You have to mine a hundred tonnes of ore to get one tonne of metal. That involves an intensive electrolysis process that in itself requires lots and lots of energy. However, these rare-earths mines—it's just not that simple to go in and get the ore; you have to mine around and around and around. So, quite often you're going to have a stripping ratio of something like 10 to one, so you might have to move 1,000 tonnes of dirt just to end up with one tonne of metal. That metal, after it's been extracted through an extremely energy-intensive process, will then get shipped over to China, where it's put into a car battery, and that car battery is then shipped to the States, where it's put into a Tesla, and then the Tesla comes back to Australia, where basically you have to charge the battery by sticking it into the wall and using energy from coal. We've also got solar panels. I just put an article up on my Facebook page this morning about the environmental catastrophe that is going on in California at the moment, and we'll have the same catastrophe here, whereby we'll have dangerous substances leaking from these solar panels once they are taken to the trash. This is concerning, because, as the head of the CSIRO said to me in estimates, it costs three times as much to recycle a lithium battery as it does to actually produce a battery. So, the big concern is, how are we going to afford—and what is the Labor Party going to do about this—recycling all these rare-earths batteries? The other thing we need to touch on is the transmission lines. We are going to have to have hundreds and hundreds of kilometres of transmission lines. The Labor Party have already earmarked a $20 billion Rewiring Australia Fund. But it's not 'rewiring'; it's additional transmission lines that are going to have to connect all these tiny solar panels and windfarms, because these solar panels and windfarms don't produce anywhere near the same amount of energy as a coal-fired power station does. Going back to the nineties, when 70 or 80 per cent of the east coast was powered by coal-fired power, there were only about 30 stations, and only a limited number of transmission lines were needed in order to get the power to the home. Recently, I gave a speech in the Senate outlining the large increase in non-Covid excess deaths from May 2021. This was well before Covid broke out into the population. It was however only a few weeks after the start of the vaccine rollout and the jump in deaths occurred in older people who received the vaccine first up. On the 2nd of August I started to discuss the biochemistry of the Covid-19 Vaccines (What Pfizer and the TGA didn't tell you). Recently in the Senate (6th September 2022), I continued to highlight the poor quality assurance practices involved in the development of the Covid Vaccine. I rebutted the statement by the head of the TGA that the lipids in the jab were like the lipids in a steak or sausage you have for breakfast. They are anything but. They are cationic and a deliberate design feature of the vaccine to get it inside the cell. Cationic electrically charged lipids can be toxic. They can disrupt the mitochondrial cellular respiration that’s responsible for consuming oxygen for producing energy. If this activity is disrupted, then the oxygen is not reduced all the way to water and instead to some intermediates which are called reactive oxygen species or hydroxyl radicals. Reactive Oxygen Species are intrinsic to cellular functioning, and are present at low and stationary levels in normal cells. Reactive Oxygen Species can cause irreversible damage to DNA as they oxidize and modify some cellular components and prevent them from performing their original functions. During times of environmental stress ROS levels can increase dramatically which may result in significant damage to cell structures. The last clip I posted was pulled down by Facebook without explanation. What I have discussed below is sourced from the TGA or Pfizer.

I recently spoke against the Climate Change bill the will see Australia legislate to reduce emissions by 43% by 2030. Not only is it based on junk science, the Labor party and the Greens will never be able to make it happen. They will however destroy our energy grid trying to do so. CSIRO chief executive Larry Marshall says 40 per cent of the technologies needed to get to net zero are yet to be invented. Yet legislation to reduce emissions has been locked in by Albanese. The madness continues I’m afraid.

The Albanese government is still gaslighting vaccine victims. Recently in the Senate, I told the shocking story of a woman who was injured by the AZ shot 15 months ago and despite seven different medical professionals all confirming it was the result of the jab, the government still refuses to offer her any support. The woman can no longer work and her husband has had to give up his job to stay at home to care for her. The cruelty of this is unbelievable.

In the Australian Senate, on the 2nd August, I spoke about the biochemistry surrounding the vaccine and how little it is understood. I had only 10 minutes to deliver my speech so I was a bit rushed - I needed much longer. Regardless, it goes without saying that Pfizer and the TGA need to be much more honest and transparent as to just how little testing was done on what is a completely novel drug.

I want to highlight a number of inconsistent statements made by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Needless to say there will be no evidence of the persistence of the spike protein if no studies were actually done on the distribution of the spike protein. As per Section 4.2 of the TGA Non Clinical Evaluation Report in comments below “The distribution of the mRNA or the expressed S-protein was not studied.” It’s worth noting I am yet to get any replies to the questions that Skerritt said he would take on notice. Thus includes the date the TGA signed off on commercial production of the vaccine and the specifications for the vaccine including the batch rejection rate for degraded DNA. I should also add that I am still waiting on questions put to the TGA from last October to be answered.

In the recent round of Senate estimates in April, I asked the head of the TGA, Mr Skerritt, questions about the delivery of the vaccine and the how the body is meant to stop the production of the spike protein that is initiated by the vaccine. Sadly he was unable to clearly enunciate clear and concise answers. Please note the following points: 1. When asked about biodistribution studies Skerritt said the distribution of the Lipid Nanoparticles is below the internationally assessed level for genotoxicity. The biodistribution of the LNP’s was assessed in a small number of rats for 48 hours only, despite concentration levels showing higher levels on the second day. The TGA has no idea what the level of concentration of LNPs are in humans and given they did not contain the active ingredient (i.e. the mRNA producing spike protein) have no understanding what is a safe level. 2. Skerritt stated there was no evidence of ill effects from LNP’s. This is incorrect as there were anomalies in the rats tested. Otherwise there was no evidence of ill effects because there wasn’t any evidence at all. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence! 3. After stating there was no evidence of ill effects Skerritt states there is a risk of myocarditis and heart issues. One of his many contradictions. 4. Skerritt implies that the vaccines had to be rushed out because a couple of million of people would have been hospitalised or died from Covid. This is an outrageous statement. No other country in the world had a combined hospitalisation and death rate of 10% during the Covid pandemic. 5. When asked about genotoxicity studies, Skerritt implied he would have to consult as to what information he can provide as there were over 200,000 pages on the vaccines. This is another contradiction as previously the TGA has said there were no documents on the genotoxicity studies. 6. Skerritt then implies genotoxicity studies were done in vitro i.e. in the laboratory and went on to say this is the only way to assess the modifications to the spike protein. No its not. Regardless of what the studies in the laboratory show, tests must still be conducted in humans to ensure safety. It is also worth nothing that Skerritt dismissed in vitro studies on ivermectin that showed it had broad ranging anti-viral properties. Another one of his contradictions. How many are we up to now? 7. Skerritt stated there were no functional changes as a result of modifying the spike protein. This is incorrect. The spike protein produced by the vaccine was modified for the exact purpose of improving it’s functioning. Namely to avoid the innate immune system and increase reliability and stability. As a result, the modified vaccine produces MORE spike proteins than the virus! 8. Skerritt could not answer my question as to what is the off switch for producing spike proteins. He deflected on numerous occasions. You will note that he was more than happy to say how the spike protein was created but couldn’t really say when production of the spike protein would stop. Given the mRNA has been modified to last longer and be more stable it would last a lot longer than normal mRNA. Furthermore studies have shown that mRNA last up to 60 days, not the 48 hours stated by Skerritt. It is also worth nothing that even once the mRNA stops producing spike proteins, spike proteins still remain in the body for an unknown period of time. 9. Skerritt states it is only a tiny amount of mRNA being given in the vaccine and therefore can’t do much damage to organs. There are billions of molecules in a dose. This is an ingenious statement as the virus proteins are tiny as well, but have the potential to kill as we have been repeatedly told ad nauseum the last two years. 10. His final remark stating that there is no evidence that the spike protein does any damage is partially correct in the sense that the active ingredient i.e. mRNA producing the spike protein was never tested in live animals or humans. Which is exactly why the TGA aren’t doing their job correctly, because they are not assessing all possible risks. The 123,500 reported and suspected adverse events from the Covid vaccines should be enough evidence of a safety signal should they not?

I stated that many doctors refuse to write medical exemptions for the vaccine and many employers refuse to acknowledge medical exemptions even in cases where a person was injured by the vaccine. I was shocked to hear Professor Brendan Murphy interject and say that he doesn’t believe that doctors would allow this to happen. Minister Ruston has asked that I back up these statements by providing further details. Last week in Estimates I put forward more questions to the TGA. The TGA still refuses to acknowledge that there are more injuries recorded against Covid vaccines than all other vaccines (and other drugs as far as I can tell) since 1971 despite over 90% of the population having received multiple childhood vaccinations. If this isn’t a red flag 🚩 I don’t know what is. The TGA then give conflicting advice about genotoxicity studies claiming documentation does exist when in a Freedom of Information request 3604 they said no documentation exists. Furthermore they claim that the data, if it does exist is commercial in confidence. Since when did the profits of foreign multinationals come before the health and well-being of the Australian people. 😡😡😡

Recently in the Senate I called for the vaccine rollout and mandates to end. The Covid vaccines are not reducing the spread of Covid or reducing hospitalisations or deaths from Covid in any significant manner. On the other hand they causing a significant number of injuries. The mandates are pointless if the vaccines are not fit for purpose. Now that a majority of people have caught Covid it’s time to acknowledge that natural immunity will keep us safe not the politicians.

Senator RENNICK (Queensland) (10 Sept 2019 17:52): Mr President, I would like to acknowledge my colleagues in the chamber and special guests in the gallery who are here today. I would also like to thank the people of Queensland and the LNP for the faith they have placed in me to represent them over the next six years. Self-belief is the conviction that leads to achievement. It is the optimism that inspires hard work, that turns adversity into opportunity and convict colonies into countries. From humble beginnings modern Australia has overcome immense challenges to become one of the world's great liberal democracies. Few countries epitomise the power of self-belief and the ethos of 'a fair go' better than Australia, a country that remains a beacon to those fleeing persecution and those who seek a better life for themselves and their children. Gratitude towards our forefathers who built this nation and in doing so gave us so many opportunities is what drives me to see this country continue to provide opportunities for our children. It is that aim that brings me here today. Of all the issues faced by Australia, few are more damaging to our country than the fiscal imbalance and ambiguous responsibilities between state and federal governments. You've really got to ask why Australia, a country of 25 million people, has nine growing health bureaucracies while maternity wards are being closed in my home state of Queensland. Our Constitution was designed to hold government to account by the people, yet 120 years of compromise has rendered it ineffective. It is time for COAG to hold a constitutional convention to clearly define and separate these responsibilities, with proposed changes put to a referendum. The blame game needs to end. Australians deserve accountability. People pay taxes in return for essential services, not more regulation. They expect governments to build infrastructure, not sell it. Despite this, governments have privatised much of the infrastructure that delivers those services. At the same time, they have marched into the family home, the bedroom and the classroom, telling people how to live their lives, parents how to raise their children and owners how to run their businesses. The jackboot of bureaucracy is suffocating everyday choices, the very thing liberal democratic governments are meant to defend. Is it any wonder that people are cynical about governments when they walk away from providing services while imposing more regulation? Australians smell a rat when it comes to asset sales. At almost every opportunity, they have rejected it. Foreign owners, superannuation funds and corporations aren't elected, so how are they held accountable to the Australian people if they fail to provide essential services? They aren't. As such, privatisation undermines accountability, the bedrock of democracy. The sale of critical assets to offshore entities also undermines our security and sovereignty. Just look at the Darwin Port, neoliberal economics at its finest. It seems ludicrous that Australian super funds invest $580 billion in offshore equities and bonds, yet critical national infrastructure has to rely on foreign capital for funding. This is a classic case of ideology gone mad. Our founding fathers Barton, Deacon, Isaacs and Higgins—all members of the Protectionist Party—would be turning in their graves. My forefathers left Ireland during the great famine, when powerful foreign landlords exported wheat rather than selling it to feed the starving population. National interest should always take precedence over vested interests.... Watch the video for the full speech.

“There is a concerted effort to ensure the community has access to the best available information about Covid, about Covid treatments and Covid vaccines……..part of that is monitoring for misinformation and countering that information…..also taking action to block certain commentators from their own channels or recommending that other agencies do that and reporting various accounts to the social media platforms who have worked very closely with us over the last few years…….the main topics of misinformation are that vaccines are in some way harmful or that they don’t work.” Well there you have it people - the Australian Government Department of Health has a full blown thought police department who actively censor views they disagree with. Let’s just remind these unelected bureaucrats that there are now over 106,000 suspected and reported vaccine injuries. Many of these injuries have destroyed peoples lives physically, financially and mentally. For government officials to be classing this as misinformation (vaccines are in some way harmful remark) is an utter disgrace. Greg Hunt and the officials in the Department of Health should be ashamed of themselves.

This is another sad story from Brianne Dressen highlighting the fraudulent behaviour of the pharmaceutical companies (AstraZeneca) in testing the Covid vaccines.

When I asked John Skerritt, Head of the TGA, a few weeks back if any testing had been done on multiple booster shots he actually denied people are having booster shots every 3-6 months. What planet is this guy living on - they are rolling out booster shots now as we speak. Not only did he lie, he avoided answering the question about testing on booster shots. This is not surprising because as I posted on Facebook earlier, the Health Department admitted there is limited data on serious side effects from booster shots. I.e. adequate testing has not been done.

This story of Maddie de Garay is why... a) young children should not be vaccinated with drugs that haven’t been subjected to long term testing in adults and are proven to be safe b) drug companies should not be trusted to carry out trials on their own drugs given the inherent conflict of interest c) Health bureaucrats need to do better quality assurance around drug testing and d) politicians need to hold Health bureaucrats to account for their failure to detect adverse events from vaccines. Serious questions need to asked as to why Pfizer has not recorded Maddie’s injuries as a serious adverse event and calls into question the credibility of their Covid-19 vaccines trials.

Earlier this week I spoke to Health Department representatives about their management of Covid. I challenged them on a number of issues including the vaccination of children, their assertion that everyone is going to get COVID, their assertion that there is a pandemic among children and the poor quality of the trials being conducted by Pfizer. The authorities claim that their will be no need for multiple booster shots. I found this surprising given that the government has already purchased 150 million of them. 🤨🤔🧐

Same old same old - the media and scaremongers love to run a fear narrative but when it comes to discussing facts they just try to shut you down. The fact is there is no health advice saying that mandates work or borders should have been closed. And when people want to stand up against government overreach by attending peaceful protests, people like Marxist Murray want to abuse them with slurs that go to show just how out of touch politicians are.

I'd like to start today by acknowledging all the people who have suffered injuries from the vaccines. When I signed up to become a senator 2½ years ago, I signed up to protect the Australian people and, in particular, to make sure that we always look after the health and wellbeing of those people. The name of the game with health is to make sure that everyone has a good health outcome. It's not just about the vaccine rollout and reaching targets. That's a means to an end. The end, in itself, is good health for everyone. The best people to do that are the people themselves, in consultation with their doctor.
