Carpinelli claims of some camp (Asians) in new paltz, NY. I drove there: no one was there but the view from the gate doesn't match google earth view (no large building were there when google maps last captured the facility from the air).. clearly new structures were built and it looks like kinda like a camp. I didn't see any Constantine wire or brown coveralls etc...
