Serratus push-up yoga flow - intermediate level - with Gail 4 Ever Grateful Yoga.
This intermediate level yoga flow is designed to train the serratus anterior muscle that lies deep under the scapula and wraps around the ribcage. The muscle pulls the scapula (shoulder blade) forward. This is called protraction of the scapula. The flow will help to train the serratus anterior muscle, as well as build strength in the back body.
