Shooting another reload in this rifle. Thinking about finding a hollow base round nose for next round.

I almost exclusively use this ammo.

Cast reloading success! No leading in the bore.

I just loaded my first test load for this rifle. They are a bit slow. But the group is OK. the cotton ball works in that I get no now back through the breach. I loaded 2 with no cotton ball. Blow back was significant.

Testing reloads. 2 different bullets. Full length annealed all the cases. I had no case failures. I think I need to try another powder. I had too much deviation.

Last week I used resized .308 bullet to .300 diameter. This week I'm using pulled .300 diameter 128 grain pulled surplus bullets.

Quick update on my Berthier. That rifle shoots like it's a new one! I'm really impressed. I bought a reproduction unblock clip too. Works well.

I've been learning how to reload .32 acp. I've figured out I'm not supposed to crimp the case mouth.

Took the type 99 out today.

I had the barrel replaced by my friend and gunsmith Martin Didion. It was interesting to watch it being done.

This time I'm using H4895 there is improvement.
