In 2017, the Department of Primary Industries and Regions SA (PIRSA) commissioned Hughes to produce a series of seven videos; one for each of South Australia's key food and wine sectors. Narrated by Penfolds’ Chief Winemaker Peter Gago, the South Australian Food and Wine video explores and celebrates the diversity of South Australian premium food and wine.

It tastes a lot like charcoal chicken and pretty darn good! Mix it up and add some thick slices of butter under the skin before adding the vegemite. That's what I normally do, I just wanted to make it super easy for the video.

They were taken through different foods at a restaurant which provides opportunities for young indigenous people.
