Vast majority of sex is by choice & there are many ways to prevent conception & end gestation other than abortion. Due to the nature of our governments, it’s common for bills to do the opposite of what they claim to do. I read HB 1557 the Florida bill about what schools discuss with 3-8 year olds, define the terms used by those for or against it and try to understand the underlying reasons behind the political rhetoric and reaction to it. Despite relatively free access to information about laws, some continue to accuse others of acting in ignorance while counting on their ignorance of the law. Problems occur due to how we define X rather than what X is. If schools were focused on education there may not be a need to regulate what adults can say to kids about their privates in this public setting.
