This was the first trial run with my new grill....I've since learned how to use it better. Lovely grill.
(be sure to keep a separate plate for the meat when it is done cooking, I made a bad choice here of putting the same steak back on the original plate...something I don't normally do but in the moment of shooting the video I lost sight on that detail.
