The Nature of Islam - Dr Zuhdi Jasser vs Dr Carl Goldberg -
Recorded Sept 23, 2014 and now more relevant than ever.
Drs. Jasser and Goldberg debate the nature of Islam in a serious Lincoln-Douglas-style debate.
Is Islam just the third of the three great Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), or is it fundamentally different than its two predecessors? Does Islam need reform, and practically speaking, can it ever be reformed and still be Islam?
Dr. Carl Goldberg became seriously interested in Islam after 9/11’s hijackers were reported to have quoted the Koran for justification. What God could justify such an act of murdering 3000 innocent Americans? He studied the Koran and other sacred Muslim texts as well as acknowledged experts on Islam. He has made it his duty to educate America on the impact of the jihad against the Western world, and all non-Muslims.
For more on Dr Jasser, see this link: https://aifdemocracy.org/
AIFD addresses the root cause of Islamist radicalization. Under Dr Jasser, AIFD passionately focuses on the integration of immigrant Muslim communities into the idea of Americanism, universal human rights and the reason secular liberal democracy protects individual freedoms.

States in Convention - Serious and Orderly - No 'Runaway' (5 minute video)
States in Convention 6.2 - Through short video vignettes, here's an example of states meeting in serious, orderly deliberation -- no "runaway".
This is just one of many state gatherings in US history. Not one ever "ran away". One such good-faith gathering in 1861 nearly averted the Civil War.
Sadly, the paralyzing fear of a 'runaway' has been blocking Americans' use of the Constitution's own Article V Clause 2, which grants our state legislatures the power to amend our Constitution without the permission or approval of Congress, POTUS, or SCOTUS.
The Framers, especially James Madison and George Mason, intended Article V to be used in case our federal government itself ever "ran away" with its powers. For example, does $34 Trillion in operating-budget debt qualify as "runaway" borrowing?
Put "Convention of States" in your favorite search engine to read more about the pros and cons of state conventions to solve problems *without* federal intervention or control. And check out the book "Liberty Amendments" by Mark Levin for a full discussion of Article V.
For more examples of state conventions, see also the book "Conventions That Made America: A Brief History Of Consensus Building" by Mike Kapic.

Ronald Reagan on Big Government
Have you ever wondered how our federal government could have amassed a debt of over 31 Trillion dollars?
Might it have something to do with the long list below?
As of May, 2023, there are 430 federal agencies and departments, each with its own funding, mission, staff. buildings, phones, office furniture, computers, internet access, and an entrenched hierarchy of bureaucrats.
All of them have an implicit goal of preserving and growing their organization. And with the automatic budget increases they get every year, they do indeed grow — exponentially!
Is it any wonder we’re so deeply in debt? Has our federal government ever heard of zero-based budgeting?
Please scroll down the massive list below, click on a few of the links (Please see https://bityl.co/J32C for a copy of this article with links embedded), read their mission, and ask yourself if We the People really need to pay for all of these agencies and departments. To slow the growth in our debt, couldn’t we “rough it” and get by with 230 organizations instead of 430?
In the comment section below this article, please suggest a couple of your favorite candidate agencies or departments to simply do away with. If enough people reply, I’ll report the results later.
Finally, if we simply must keep all these organizations running, might we at least apply Senator Rand Paul’s “Six-Penny Plan” to balance the budget in ~5 years? What do you think?

Rush Limbaugh, CPAC 2009, Classic Speech on Conservatism
At CPAC 2009, Rush Limbaugh, almost entirely off-the-cuff, delivered one of the best speeches ever on conservatism -- what it is, who conservatives are, and what motivates conservative Americans.
While she was already conservative-minded, my wife had always disliked Limbaugh because of his bombastic personal style. This one speech in 2009 changed her mind, and she became a fan ever after.
Today (Feb 27, 2022), on the first anniversary of his passing, it's uplifting to hear his voice again, share his optimism, and marvel at how relevant the Limbaugh message still is today.

AZ State Rep. Mark Finchem Defends the AZ Audit (2-min video clip)
AZ State Representative Mark Finchem has been a leader in pursuing election integrity. In under 2 minutes, he defends the AZ Audit from its critics, especially the nakedly partisan Katie Hobbs, the AZ Sec'y of State.
What is Hobbs afraid of?
Hobbs was in charge of the election process, and if the election was indeed transparent and secure, she should be openly supporting the Audit, observing and assisting where possible, and preparing her "I told you so" press releases when the Audit verifies the election's integrity, vindicating her public positions on the election. Instead she's done just the opposite.
I served two shifts as a volunteer at the Audit. They didn't ask and didn't care what party I belong to. (I happen to be a registered as independent). Far Left to Far Right -- it didn't matter. I only needed to prove my identity, be a US citizen, and have voted in the last election.
I do have a 40-year career in engineering behind me, including training and experience in statistical quality control. The Audit processes looked to me to be high quality, and while I cannot discuss any results until the report is issued, there are >1000 volunteers like me who can serve as witnesses if and when partisan detractors scurrilously attack the Audit process (as they already are).

Korwin: So Why Not Register All Guns? Here's Why Not!
Author & speaker Alan Korwin (gunlaws.com) leads a group discussion on firearms registration. With wit, logic, and humor, Korwin cycles through the pros and cons of a truly complex topic.
This video had 360,678 views on YouTube before my channel was shut down on July 14, 2021 for "violating community standards". It also had more than 1540 comments. Feel free to add more below. Firearms registration will surely be a #1 debate topic in America as Big Govt begins disarming its law-abiding citizens in the interests of "safety."

Corey DeAngelis - How Parents Can Take Control of Their Children's Education
Corey DeAngelis, Educational Freedom Institute, tells American parents how they can take control of their children's education content. In brief, give the "power of the purse" to parents. Let parents pick the school of their choice for their children and spend local, state, or federal funding for their child at that school. All schools will improve their quality of instruction or lose their funding. No other measure will do more than giving parents the power of the purse.

The Dragon is Out of the Cave
Hear Tammy Bruce talk about the forces that the swamp, "the system" as Tammy calls it, has energized by stealing the 2020 presidential election. The Dems did it, and the linguini-spined Republicans let them get away with it.
Trump's 70+ million voters are not going to shrink back meekly into the cave. Trump has let loose a dragon that could well be the basis of a new populist party, just as Brexit was born out of voter frustration and anger in the UK.
