RCI Wonder of the Seas Cruise 2022 - Scuba Diving in St Thomas at Cartanza Senora. Here is video of the descent into the unknown. Once everyone was cleared for descent we were on our way to adventure underwater. The camera battery ran out too soon so we didn't get much of the wreck we explored, but to say it was amazing is an understatement. It was a great experience and Sophia loved it.

Instructor testing Sophia for basic safety skills. Then, our descent. Sophia, not certitifed had to dive with instructor so we stayed with her as we explored coral reefs and a ship wreck called the Cartanza Senora (freight ship) - They are all laughing at me as I did the big step off the boat and faceplanted/bellyflopped straight into the water. I forgot how heavy the air cylinders are and lost my balance. I was laughing hysterically inside my mask as I oriented myself back upright. Always follow the bubbles up. Whoops! LOL!

History of the Cartanza Senora - We explored it, but unfortunately the Go Pro video didn't capture it because the battery died too soon. Wish we had brought both Go Pros on the dive.

This video is from our vacation with my family on Royal Caribbean Wonder of the Seas 2022. We are on a shore excursion Discover Scuba. Scott and I are both both PADI certified scuba divers but we haven't been in the water much since kids. We took the class with Sophia to re-certify while she was trying it out. Here she is suited up and ready to go. She seems a bit nervous but excited for adventure. My swimmer girl is about ready to discover a whole new world under the Sea.
