A fluffy mamma hen sits patiently as her baby chick works hard to break free from its the egg. What's amazing is how you can literally see the two birds communicating to each other during the entire process. Once free from the shell, the baby chick is utterly exhausted and lies down to recover for a bit.

This bearded dragon is just too tired to walk, so he decides to hitch a ride on the back of a friendly tortoise. Next stop for this reptile taxi: A delicious pumpkin!

While many people want to help their duckling hatch, it is best to leave this process entirely to themselves. The only time these beautiful creatures need human help is when they make the hole but cannot progress because they might be stuck in that spot. The duckling in this video doesn't have that problem, and hatches on its own. This little fella maybe doesn't look too glamorous, but neither do we when we come into this world. His feathers will fully grow in about two months, and he will get the ability to fly, which means he'll become independent. Did you know that ducks have waterproof feathers? But that's too soon for this little guy, he still isn't waterproof, but he will be very soon. That's when he can swim carelessly in a pond and enjoy the life of a duck. But for now, let's just watch how precious the moment of coming into this world is, and how this gentle little duckling hatches in a woman's palm that is carefully holding the egg.

We have said it once and we will say it again, baby animals are a cuteness overload! It practically doesn’t matter what kind of a beast they’ll turn into, their mini forms are absolutely adorable. They are just learning about everything the world has to offer to them and their trials and tribulations make them turn into whatever they turn out to be. It is that innocence precisely that makes us want to stare at them for days on end. We see their potential and it makes us extremely giddy and happy that we are able to witness such a thing.
