Psalm 20
May the LORD answer you on a day of trouble!
May the name of the God of Jacob protect you!
May He send you help from the sanctuary
And support you from Zion!
May He remember all your meal offerings
And accept your burnt offering!
May He grant you your heart's desire
And fulfill your whole plan!
We will sing for joy over your victory
And in the name of our God we will set up our banners
May the LORD fulfill all your desires.
Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed
He will answer him from His holy heaven
With the saving strength of His right hand.
Some praise their chariots and some their horses
But we will praise the name of the LORD, our God.
They have bowed down and fallen
But we have risen and stood upright.
Save, LORD
May the King answer us on the day we call.

Psalm 19
The heavens tell of the glory of God
And their expanse declares the work of His hands
Day to day pours forth speech
And night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words
Their voice is not heard.
Their line has gone out into all the earth
And their words to the end of the world.
In them He has placed a tent for the sun
Which is like a groom coming out of his chamber
It rejoices like a strong person to run his course.
Its rising is from one end of the heavens
And its circuit to the other end of them
And there is nothing hidden from its heat.
The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul
The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart
The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever
The judgments of the LORD are true; they are righteous altogether.
They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much pure gold
Sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb.
Moreover, Your servant is warned by them
In keeping them there is great reward.
Who can discern his errors? Acquit me of hidden faults.
Also keep Your servant back from presumptuous sins
Let them not rule over me
Then I will be innocent
And I will be blameless of great wrongdoing.
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight
LORD, my rock and my Redeemer.

Psalm 12
Help, LORD, for the godly person has come to an end
For the faithful have disappeared from the sons of mankind.
They speak lies to one another
They speak with flattering lips and a double heart.
May the LORD cut off all flattering lips
The tongue that speaks great things
Who have said, "With our tongue we will prevail
Our lips are our own; who is lord over us?"
"Because of the devastation of the poor
Because of the groaning of the needy
Now I will arise," says the LORD
"I will put him in the safety for which he longs."
The words of the LORD are pure words
Like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, filtered seven times.
You, LORD, will keep them
You will protect him from this generation forever.
The wicked strut about on every side
When vileness is exalted among the sons of mankind.

Psalm 11
In the LORD I take refuge
How can you say to my soul, "Flee as a bird to your mountain?
For, behold, the wicked bend the bow
They have set their arrow on the string
To shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
If the foundations are destroyed
What can the righteous do?"
The LORD is in His holy temple; the LORD's throne is in heaven
His eyes see, His eyelids test the sons of mankind.
The LORD tests the righteous and the wicked
And His soul hates one who loves violence.
He will rain coals of fire upon the wicked
And brimstone and burning wind will be the portion of their cup.
For the LORD is righteous, He loves righteousness
The upright will see His face.

The Singing Of Silent Night
Silent Night was written by Joseph Mohr, 1818 and the music is by Franz Gruber 1818. The words are:
1. Silent night, holy night, all is calm, all is bright. Round yon virgin mother and child, holy infant so tender and mild, sleep in heavenly peace, sleep in heavenly peace.
2. Silent night, holy night, shepherds quake at the sight. Glories stream from heaven afar, heav'nly hosts sing alleluia. Christ the Saviour is born, Christ the Saviour is born.
3. Silent night, holy night, Son of God, love's pure light. Radiant beams from thy holy face, with the dawn of redeeming grace. Jesus Lord at Thy birth, Jesus Lord at Thy birth.
The Singing Of O Little Town Of Bethlehem
O Little Town Of Bethlehem was written by Phillips Brooks, 1868 and the music is by Lewis H. Redner, 1868. Here are the words:
1. O little town of Bethlehem, how still we see thee lie! Above thy deep and dreamless sleep the silent stars go by. Yet in thy dark streets shineth the everlasting Light. The hopes and fears of all the years are met in thee tonight!
2. For Christ is born of Mary, and gathered all above, while mortals sleep, the angels keep their watch of wond'ring love. O morning stars! Together proclaim the holy birth and praises sing to God the King, and peace to men on earth!
3. How silently, how silently, the wondrous gift is giv'n! So God imparts to human hearts the blessings of His heav'n. No ear may hear His coming but in this world of sin where meek souls will receive Him still, the dear Christ enters in.
4. O holy Child of Bethlehem, descend to us, we pray. Cast out our sin and enter in, be born in us today! We hear the heav'nly angels, the great glad tidings tell. Oh, come to us, abide with us, our Lord Emmanuel.
The Singing Of O Holy Night
O Holy Night is by J.S. Dwight (1813-1892) and Adolphe Charles Adam (1803-1856). Here are the words:
1. O Holy night, the stars are brightly shining, it is the night of the dear Savior's birth. Long lay the world in sin and sorrow pining 'till He appeared and the soul felt its worth. A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices, for yonder breaks a new and glorious morn! Fall on your knees! O hear the angel voices, O night divine! O night when Christ was born! O night divine! O night, O night divine!
2. Led by the light of Faith serenely beaming, with glowing heart by His cradle we stand. So led by light of a star sweetly gleaming, here came the Wise men from Orient land. The King of kings lay thus in lowly manger, in all our trials born to be our Friend. He knows your need, He guardeth us from danger, behold your King! Before the Lowly bend! Behold your King! Before the Lowly bend!
3. Truly He taught us to love one another, His law is love and His gospel is peace. Chains shall He break, for the slave is our brother, and in His Name, all oppression shall cease. With hymns of joy in grateful chorus raising, let every heart adore His Holy Name! Christ is the Lord, with saint and seraph praising, His power and glory evermore proclaim! His power and glory evermore proclaim!

O come, Thou Rod of Jesse, free Thine own from satan's tyranny. From depths of hell Thy people save, and give them victory o'er the grave. Rejoice! Rejoice! Immanuel shall come to thee, o Israel.
O come, Thou Dayspring, come and cheer our spirits by Thine advent here. Disperse the gloomy clouds of night. And death's dark shadows put to flight. Rejoice! Rejoice! Immanuel shall come to thee, o Israel.
O come, Thou Key of David, come and open wide our heavenly home. Make safe the way that leads on high. And close the path to misery. Rejoice! Rejoice! Immanuel shall come to thee, o Israel.
O come, o come, Thou Lord of might. Who to Thy tribes, on Sinai's height in ancient times didst give the Law. In cloud, and majesty, and awe. Rejoice! Rejoice! Immanuel shall come to thee, o Israel.

Battle Hymn Of The Republic
Battle Hymn Of The Republic is written by Julia Ward Howe, 1819-1910 and the tune is an American Folk Melody.
Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword
His truth is marching on.
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! His truth is marching on.
In the beauty of the lilies, Christ was born across the sea
With a glory in His bosom that transfigures you and me
As He died to make men holy, let us live to make men free
While God is marching on.
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! His truth is marching on.
He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat
He is sifting out the hearts of men before His judgment seat.
O be swift, my soul, to answer Him! Be jubilant, my feet
Our God is marching on.
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! His truth is marching on.

The Singing Of Glorious Things Of Thee Are Spoken
Glorious Things Of Thee Are Spoken is written by John Newton, 1779 and the tune is by Franz Joseph Haydn, 1797.
Glorious things of thee are spoken, Zion, city of our God
He, whose Word cannot be broken, formed thee for His own abode
On the Rock of Ages founded, what can shake thy sure repose?
With salvation's walls surrounded, thou mayest smile at all thy foes.
See, the streams of living waters, springing from eternal love
Well supply thy sons and daughters and all fear of want remove.
Who can faint while such a river ever will their thirst assuage?
Grace which, like the Lord, the giver, never fails from age to age.
Round each habitation hov'ring, see the cloud and fire appear
For a glory and a cov'ring, showing that the Lord is near.
Thus deriving from their banner light by night and shade by day
Safe they feed upon the manna which He gives them when they pray.
Blest inhabitants of Zion, washed in the Redeemer's blood!
Jesus, whom their souls rely on, makes them kings and priests to God.
'Tis His love His people raises over self to reign as kings
And as priests, His solemn praises each for a thank offering brings.

Psalm 18
I love You, LORD, my strength.
The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my savior
My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge
My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
I call upon the LORD, Who is worthy to be praised
And I am saved from my enemies.
The ropes of death encompassed me
And torrents of destruction terrified me.
The ropes of Sheol surrounded me
The snares of death confronted me.
In my distress I called upon the LORD
And cried to my God for help
He heard my voice from His temple
And my cry for help before Him came into His ears.
Then the earth shook and quaked
And the foundations of the mountains were trembling
And were shaken, because He was angry.
Smoke went up out of His nostrils
And fire from His mouth was devouring
Coals burned from it.
He also bowed the heavens down low and came down
With thick darkness under His feet.
He rode on a cherub and flew
And He sped on the wings of the wind.
He made darkness His hiding place, His canopy around Him
Darkness of waters, thick clouds.
From the brightness before Him passed His thick clouds
Hailstones and coals of fire.
The LORD also thundered in the heavens
And the Most High uttered His voice
Hailstones and coals of fire.
He sent out His arrows and scattered them
And lightning flashes in abundance, and routed them.
Then the channels of water appeared
And the foundations of the world were exposed
By Your rebuke, LORD
At the blast of the breath of Your nostrils.
He sent from on high, He took me
He drew me out of many waters.
He saved me from my strong enemy
And from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me.
They confronted me in the day of my disaster
But the LORD was my support.
He also brought me out into an open place
He rescued me, because He delighted in me.
The LORD has rewarded me according to my righeousness
According to the cleaness of my hands He has repaid me.
For I have kept the ways of the LORD
And have not acted wickedly against my God.
For all His judgments were before me
And I did not put away His statutes from me.
I was also blameless with Him
And I kept myself from my wrongdoing.
Therefore the LORD has repaid me according to my righteousness
According to the cleanness of my hands in His eyes.
With the faithful You show Yourself faithful
With the blameless You prove Yourself blameless
With the pure You show Yourself pure
And with the crooked You show Yourself astute.
For You save an afflicted people
But You humiliate haughty eyes.
For You light my lamp
The LORD my God illumines my darkness.
For by You I can run at a troop of warriors
And by my God I can leap over a wall.
As for God, His way is blameless
The Word of the LORD is refined
He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.
For who is God, but the LORD?
And who is a rock, except our God
The God who encircles me with strength
And makes my way blameless?
He makes my feet like deer's feet
And sets me up on my high places.
He trains my hands for battle
So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
You have also given me the shield of Your salvation
And Your right hand upholds me
And Your gentleness makes me great.
You enlarge my steps under me
And my feet have not slipped.
I pursued my enemies and overtook them
And I did not turn back until they were consumed.
I shattered them, so that they were not able to rise
They fell under my feet.
For You have encircled me with strength for battle
You have forced those who rose up against me to bow down under me.
You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me
And I destroyed those who hated me.
They cried for help but there was no one to save
They cried to the LORD but He did not answer them.
Then I beat them fine like the dust before the wind
I emptied them out like the mud of the streets.
You have rescued me from the contentions of the people
You have placed me as head of the nations
A people whom I have not known serve me.
As soon as they hear, they obey me
Foreigners pretend to obey me.
Foreigners lose heart
And come trembling out of their fortresses.
The LORD lives, and blessed be my rock
And exalted be the God of my salvation
The God who executes vengeance for me
And subdues people under me.
He rescues me from my enemies
You indeed lift me above those who rise up against me
You rescue me from a violent man.
Therefore I will give thanks to You among the nations, LORD
And I will sing praises to Your Name.
He gives great salvation to His king
And shows faithfulness to His anointed
To David and his descendants forever.

The Singing Of He Lives
He Lives is written by Alfred H. Ackley, 1933.
I serve a risen Savior, He's in the world today
I know that He is living, whatever men may say
I see His hand of mercy, I hear His voice of cheer
And just the time I need Him, He's always near.
He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way.
He lives, He lives, salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know He lives?
He lives within my heart.
In all the world around me I see His loving care
And though my heart grows weary I never will despair
I know that He is leading through all the stormy blast
The day of His appearing will come at last.
He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way.
He lives, He lives, salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know He lives?
He lives within my heart.
Rejoice, rejoice, O Christian, lift up your voice and sing
Eternal hallelujahs to Jesus Christ the King!
The Hope of all who seek Him, the Help of all who find
None other is so loving, so good and kind.
He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way.
He lives, He lives, salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know He lives?
He lives within my heart.
