by: Brent Smith So Juneteenth, or June 19th, is now an official national holiday. It’s a holiday to commemorate the end of slavery. What’s the big deal? It should be celebrated – right? After all, it’s been celebrated in the State of Texas since 1980, some 41 years ago. It even has its own distinct flag, which was created in 1997 – bearing little resemblance to the Texas State flag and none to the American flag. But why the big push now, to make it a national holiday? The idea and means of ending slavery began with the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, in 1776 and 1791 respectively. And finally, on April 9, 1865, it came to be as Robert E. Lee surrendered to Ulysses S Grant at Appomattox. So again – why now?

If I can ironically borrow an old Hebrew word, Obama has got some “chutzpah” for that declaration. Of course it’s easy for Obama to make absurd claims, for he knows better than anyone that the press will never push back, or even question the lunacy of any of his assertions. Now Obama wasn’t stupid enough to come out and say that Trump is an anti-Semite – just that the rise in anti-Semitism was Trump’s fault. "When I gave that speech, it was clear that anti-Semitism was on the rise around the world," Obama wrote. "People’s anger over everything from immigration to inequality was boiling over — and many of them were looking for someone else to blame. And for four years, we had a President in the White House who fanned those flames."

Representative Eleanor Holmes Norton, democrat, Washington DC., believes our nation’s crash-test dummies don’t properly represent the diversity in America. Allow that to sink in for a second. Yes, she’s concerned with the race and sex of crash-test dummies. This has been a hot-button issue of mine for years and it’s about time someone as intelligent and genuine as the Congressperson shined a light on it. Just kidding. This shouldn’t be a concern of anyone. But it show’s just how pampered and privileged we are today. The Biden administration was asked whether they would help Colonial Pipeline with their ransomware issue. The spokesperson said NO, they would not. She explained that since Colonial was a “private” company, it really was not up to them to help. I test the absurdity of this claim by flipping it around, using the Trump administration and Planned Parenthood. The Army has a new “Woke” recruiting campaign cartoon. It’s not exactly the tough ombre campaign we’re used to seeing from the U.S. military. Rather than concentrating on “all you can be,” they went full woke. It’s disappointing to say the least.

Yep, ole Liz was against Donald Trump from word go – like literally everything he did, and that the party needed to TownHall puts it, Cheney’s belief “that the GOP needs to wash its hands of Donald Trump.”She couldn’t be more wrong. So the dirty hackers, known as “Darkside,” pulled off the most significant and successful attack on energy infrastructure we know of in the United States.But John McClane showed how to defeat them!

And the heads of Coca Cola and Delta airlines, both based in Atlanta, have issued strong statements over the racism of this law. And why you ask? Because Georgia has the nerve to ask for a photo I.D. when casting a mail-in ballot. Oh the horror! Yet what all three of the major corporation heads neglected to tell the cameras that were filming their heartfelt condemnations, is that in order to gain employment at any of them, guess what you must have. That’s right – a photo I.D. Ironic ain’t it. And finally, I pose a question to any and all, but you’ll to watch to discover what it is!

Inflation is here. The Biden administration is lying, the supposed “independent” Federal Reserve is lying. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is lying. The media is lying, although some have figured out that it’s just impossible any more to say there is no inflation. You can tell they’re lying by the word games they play with us. First they came out and said there is no inflation. And they could say that because they would average prices over the previous year, and insist on just telling us only about indexed inflation numbers. Now they say that yes there inflation, but it’s only temporary – it’s transitory. Allow me to quote some inflationary figures to show that there sure is inflation and maybe it’s not so transitory.

by: Brent Smith Well, our vaunted United States supreme Court has agreed to take up a case regarding the Second Amendment. This is pretty uncommon, but it does happen. Mostly because the supremes over the years haven’t dared to actually do their jobs to the fullest, and so their decisions seem to encompass a narrow scope and half-measures, never fully putting to bed that the second amendment clearly gives the right of an individual to “keep,” which means to own, and “bear,” which means to carry Arms on one’s person. The Second Amendment makes no distinction between open and concealed carry, and thus any argument against either is moot. Nor does it make mention of licenses and/or permits, which is what this upcoming case is about, so these too are moot. This upcoming case is a travesty of justice and should never have gotten to the High Court...

by: Brent Smith Charlies Sykes writing at HotAir penned a wonderful short piece entitled, “Paul Ryan, it's time for you to stand up to Fox.” By wonderful, I mean the exact opposite. Sykes claims that Fox News is not only, “spreading vicious racist tropes,” but, “has become a vector of disinformation about the pandemic that is putting human lives in danger.” He blames Fox is promoting information that is causing Republicans to not get vaccinated, and further claims that this reckless behavior, “…may now end up counting the consequences in lost human lives.” I discuss what a crock this is and that far too many Americans are just going along, and to what end? Will being vaccinated allow us to return to be Covid normality? Evidently not. In fact nothing seems to change. So what’s the point?

by: Brent Smith If you’re surprised by recent revelations of John Kerry, America’s Climate Czar’s actions, you don’t know John Kerry. “…the newspaper [New York Times] reported the audio revealed that Kerry had disclosed sensitive intelligence about Israel to [Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad] Zarif.” According to leaked audio, "Former Secretary of State John Kerry informed him that Israel had attacked Iranian interests in Syria at least 200 times, to his astonishment, Zarif said," the New York Times reported...

There’s a private school, K through 12, in New York City, called the Grace Church School. As you’ll see in a moment, that name is an oxymoron. It costs $57,000 a year to attend. It’s gotten some press recently as Paul Rossi, a math teacher, was let go, his contract was not renewed. Or as the school says, he “was relieved of his teaching duties.” Why you ask? Well because he took issue with their new curriculum that now includes a 12 page “language inclusive” guide, and the addition of “critical race theory.”
