The Sunday Show : How your mind can heal you, with Fiona Shakeela Burns
Chris Woollams interviewed Fiona Shakeela Burns. Fiona has twice beaten ‘terminal cancer’ - leukaemia as a child, and cervical cancer (with metastases to her ovaries and brain) in her 40s. With both cancers she was on palliative care. Apart from surgery for the leukemia tumour, she used no orthodox medicine at all.
The second time around she realised she was missing something very important from her personal treatment plan - how her mind was affecting her health, and how it could heal her.
Chris probed how your mind can make you ill and how it can heal you, with Fiona. They talked of Bruce Lipton and 'The Biology of Belief', of treatments that aim to develop those beliefs like EFT and PSYCH-K. And how Fiona used these therapies to beat her own cancer - and now helps others to do the same.

The Sunday Show: Chris interviewed by Dr. Nilash Ramnarine
Dr Nilash Ramnarine, who has his own show broadcasting throughout the Caribbean and the USA, asked Chris Woollams to give away his secrets when he interviewed him on 'How to Build a personal anti-cancer programme'.
Dr Nilash Ramnarine has been practicing medicine for over 35 years - he is a crucial part of the Ishtara Center in Trinidad and Tobago and has himself written a best-selling book entitled 'Your body can fight cancer'. He has the ideal credentials to interview Chris.
Chris has been building programmes for people since about 2002, when Sir Geoffrey Boycott contacted him one Friday about his tongue cancer, and the next day Galina Dean asked if he could help her beat her Grade 4 Ovarian. The two 'patients' had one thing in common. Geoffrey had been told he had 12 weeks to live; Galina had been told she should go and prepare a will as she had three months at the most.
Both are alive and well today.
Chris is now known for his research and science background - but many people know that he builds Personal Prescriptions. "No two people are the same. They have different cancers, they could be 76 or 36, their needs are different, their support systems are different, their immune systems are different. That's why I build PERSONAL, tailored programmes".

The Sunday Show: How Jessica Richards Beat Her Breast Cancer Twice, Naturally
Chris Woollams interviewed Jessica Richards, who developed breast cancer over 15 years ago when she was 50, and has beaten it twice, both times without any orthodox treatment.
Jessica tells us how she 'selected' her own team for the most important decision in her life, and then went on to beat her cancer with a determined attitude, diet and Intravenous Vitamin C.
After multiple personal traumas, about 6 years later her cancer caused her concern and she decided she needed to remove the lump once and for all to avoid more concern. She did this with the infamous poultice, Black Salve. Jessica has gone on to become a best selling author with her book, The Topic of Cancer.
As always, Chris puts his guest 'on the spot' a few times encouraging Jessica to tell viewers exactly how the treatments work. As always, Chris tries to find tips that viewers can use in their own cancer-fighting programmes.

The Sunday Show: Chris Woollams interviewed Tabs Headington
Chris Woollams interviewed one of his youngest PP patients, Tabs Headington, who first had the indications of a rare synovial sarcoma in her groin when she was 15; Tabs is now 22 and at University in Australia - and she is cancer-free and had plenty of useful information and tips to share with listeners.
Tabs Headington was brought for a Personal Prescription over 4 years ago by her mother, Fiona. She had been a fit, sporty 15 year-old school girl when she noticed a small lump in her groin. It went away, then returned. After tests confirmed the worst, Fiona bought Tabs to Chris on a number of occasions and the rest is history. Tabs now even has her own You Tube Channel.
The show had everything. Tabs' story from surgery to chemo (and fasting) to Proton Beam Therapy in the USA. Both Tabs and her mother (the carer and researcher) answered questions and both were full of praise for the 'Sounding Board' role Chris played, not just with the original Personal Prescription but at various points along Tabs cancer journey.
It was an interesting and fun show, and full of little insights and tips. As always, the Feedback was wonderfully positive:

The Sunday Show: Chris Woollams interviewed prostate cancer survivor, Mark Giddings
Chris interviewed Mark Giddings who met Chris when his nephew married Chris’ daughter; Mark had metastatic PROSTATE CANCER, a 127 PSA, secondaries in the lymph, and the Royal Marsden had told him he had 18 months to live; but then they don’t know about Chris and Personal Prescriptions!
Mark went to his Tai Chi class as usual, and a woman was giving all the men PSA tests. Mark said OK and his score was 20+. So he fixed to see a doctor. His actual PSA was over 120, the cancer had spread beyond the prostate so no surgery was possible and he was told by his Royal Marsden oncologist that he had maybe as little as 18 months to live.
Three years ago, his oncologist said, "I don't know what you're doing but, whatever it is, keep doing it!". A year later Mark was signed off completely. No more drugs, no more treatment.
This FREE show will be played out World Wide on the Weekend of the 24th and 25th of October - Saturday and Sunday. You can use the link we send you to watch it any time that week end.
As always, the show will be full of information, ideas and tips - we always end with the most important things our guest has learned so you can incorporate them into your own plan. Anyone who has prostate cancer, or anyone who cares for someone who has it, must watch this show.

The Sunday Show: Gut Health, chronic illness and Fecal Transplants
Chris Woollams interviewed Dr. Julian Kenyon on how a healthy gut microbiome is the best way to prevent and treat any chronic illness; they also covered how you can test your microbiome and how you can rebuild it.
A course of antibiotics can render certain strains of gut bacteria extinct. If that happens you may become deficient in an important compound that they made; and pathogens they controlled may grow in number, their micro-RNA over-ruling your own. A parasite can dramatically change your microbiome, (do you remember the food poisoning you had 15 years ago?); so can binge drinking, smoking or stress and, of course, a poor diet.
How can you test to see if you have a problem - and how can you correct a faulty microbiome? Remember the gut microbiome links to the lung microbiome, and also to the brain microbiome and skin microbiome. Asthma and allergies, pulmonary problems, eczema, acne, psoriasis and common signs of a gut problem. But now we know more, we know cardiovascular disease, dementia, Parkinson's, Diabetes, strokes and cancer are all linked to an imbalanced microbiome.
Dr. Kenyon runs the Dove Clinic in Hampshire, England and has been using Fecal Microbiome Transplants to correct the gut for several years now, but he thinks he has found something cheaper and better. Called Gut Flora Replacement Therapy or GFRT, he has written two of the top three papers on the subject in the world.
And these Fecal Transplant 'alternatives' are vitally important. If the first thing you might do, on developing Alzheimer's or Colorectal Cancer, were to have a complete gut overhaul and it could make a significant difference, you'd kick yourself if you hadn't listened to this inspirational show!
