To learn more about Manila and the Filipino culture, we stepped into Quiapo market near the Quiapo church. They had vendors lined up along the streets selling everything from daily essentials to all kinds of fruit cut right at the spot for us to taste. As the sun came down, churchgoers quickly packed the street and the town square in front of the Quiapo church. It was a very busy and a bit chaotic place, but touring around the market was a great way to experience local life!
