Do you think you have bad balance?
I have made a series of videos that show how we can get bad balance. In this video, I will demonstrate how an elevated hip on one side can cause you to lose your balance in a situation that challenges where you place your feet. We normally don't pay attention to where we place our feet when walking and if something is out of balance, you may find yourself on the ground.
