Roasted Turkey Recipe for the [Carnivore Diet]

RECIPE
1 12-16lb Turkey
2 Sticks Butter, Softened and Unsalted
1 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1) In a mixing bowl, add your butter, MSG, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Mix this together with a fork until everything is homogenous and leave out at room temperature while we prepare our turkey.
2) If using a packaged turkey, remove from the packaging, drain the liquid, remove the giblet bag, and the neck. Find the seam where the skin and the turkey breast meet. Use your fingers to separate the skin from the breast on both sides and all the way down.
3) Grab a pair of kitchen shears and cut the spine out of the turkey by snipping through the rib bones. Once removed, flip the turkey back over, breast side up, and press down to flatten. Place this onto a roasting rack.
4) Stuff your butter into the separated skin and all over the bottom of the turkey. Sprinkle the entire turkey down with your salt and your paprika. Let this rest at room temperature for 1 hour and preheat your oven to 325°F
5) After resting, place your turkey into the center of your preheated oven. This should cook for 13-15 minutes per pound. No matter how long it takes yours, once the time has hit halfway, remove the turkey from the oven and cover the pan in foil. Place back into the oven and check the temperature every 30-40 minutes with a meat thermometer. You are looking for the breast to be 160°F at the bone.
6) Once you've achieved your temperature, remove from the oven, and loosely tent the turkey with your foil and let rest for 25 minutes before carving.

Thanksgiving Rangoon | CARNIVORE DIET RECIPE
Looking for an interesting side dish to bring to your thanksgiving table? How about these Thanksgiving rangoon? They're pretty carnivore friendly and a super easy recipe to follow!
RECIPE
1LB 93% Lean Ground Turkey
6 Oz Cream Cheese
1.5 tsp Herb Seasoning
1/4 tsp Salt
8 Oz Shredded Mozzarella
1) Place a pan over medium high heat and brown your turkey. Drain the liquid. Season this with your herb seasoning and salt. Set aside to let cool for about 10 minutes.
2) Add all of your cream cheese to your turkey and mix together by hand to ensure there aren't any lumps.
3) Place a non-stick pan over medium low heat. Place down 1/2 oz piles of your mozzarella and let melt. Once small bubbles start to form, using a flat scraper and begin scraping the edges. Once on side can be lifted halfway. Once there, turn the heat off and place down 1 tsp of your turkey mixture and fold your mozzarella over. Remove and repeat the steps until ingredients are used up.

RECIPE
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Tbsp Sour Cream
2 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Mustard (Optional)
1) Split your eggs in half and separate the yolks into a bowl or blender.
2) Add all of the rest of your ingredients in with your yolks and combine.
3) Either spoon in your mixture or pipe in using a zip lock bag or a piping bag. Top with additional smoked paprika
4) Refrigerate for at least one hour.

RECIPE
1lb Chicken Tenderloins
4 oz Thin Sliced Prosciutto
4 oz Swiss Cheese, Shredded
3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
5-8 drops of Red Food Dye
2 Tbsp Ghee
1) In a bowl, add your mustard, paprika, garlic, and food dye. Whisk until homogenous.
2) Place a pan over medium heat along with your ghee and allow to melt. Place your chicken tenders into your pan and cook until 155°F. Once there, reduce the heat to low and top each one with some of your cheese and allow to melt ( 1-2 minutes).
3) Lay a slice of prosciutto onto your work surface. Place a chicken tender cheese side down onto the prosciutto. Lay another slice of prosciutto on top and wrap. Repeat until all tenders have been wrapped.

Gyro Recipe for the CARNIVORE DIET
In this video, I show you how to make a lamb gyro. It's not your traditional gyro by any means, but it does help you adhere to your carnivore and animal based diets!
RECIPE
LAMB
1 Lb Ground Lamb
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Oregano OR 1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1) Place all of your ingredients into a bowl and combine by hand for about 3-5 minutes. Set aside and let the flavors marry for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
2) Add your meat to a small loaf pan and press in evenly.
3) Place this into an oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or until well done.
4) Slice thin

3 Oz Ground Pork Rinds
2 Eggs
2 Oz Shredded Mozzarella
1) Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
2) Add a non-stick baking mat or grease down some parchment paper and place onto a baking sheet. Spread out your batter into 2 even circles about 1/4" thick.
3) Place this into an oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
TAZIKI (Plain)
1 Cup Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
TAZIKI (Animal Based)
2 Cups Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Shredded Cucumber
5 Cloves Garlic, Grated
1/2 Small Red Onion, Minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Peppper
1) Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
