Var en tur på land med gummibåten og da vi kom tilbake til båten var det en svane som synes vi var VELDIG nærgående, til tross for at vi akkurat hadde matet familien hans med knekkebrød. Vi måtte bare få alt i båten og komme oss avgårde, men hadde ikke forventet å bli jaget ut hele sundet..

It's been a cold and long winter here in Arizona and many smaller animals and insects haven't come out as yet. Many of the birds are desperate for hand outs as you see even this Greater Roadrunner competes with pigeons, black birds and sparrows for handouts at a local Wendy's Restaurant here in Kingman AZ. Here you see it eating bread that we're tossing to it and other birds. Most people think of The Roadrunner from the looney tunes cartoon with Wile E. Coyote. Anyway, they don't go 'Beep Beep', but now you know they might like eating out at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Road runner birds are fast runners and fast eaters. Scientific name Geococcyx californianus.

Cutest puppies all wanting attention from their human mummy.

Our fourth litter puppies are all so extremely cute. It takes forever before you may get bored and want to do something else other than watching them fed or just generally rolling over each other. If you actually witness it in real life, it's such a blessing moment especially when your husky puppies are that cute to a point they get too many demand from buyers and you have difficulty choosing who you want to sell them to.

This is a video of our Sunflower Litter's first swim! As part of our puppy socialization program, we like to introduce our dogs to swimming at an early age. This helps them to conquer any fear they might have of the water and helps to promote a healthy, stable dog in adulthood! You'll notice in the video that we always allow the dog to make the choice to start swimming, and that we are always there to catch them should they need it.

Ieder voorjaar ontvangen we bij Akka's Ganzenparadijs diverse jonge ganzen vanuit de diverse vogelopvangcentra in Nederland. Zo werden afgelopen week na een uitwisseling met Wildopvang de Fûgelhelling in Ureterp deze jonge ganzen bij ons gebracht. Het fijne van ganzen is, is dat ze meteen worden opgenomen in de groep. Zo staat ook hier Helmut het nieuwe kroost met opgeheven hals op te wachten

These swans dominating this water for years. For some reason the geese decided to build a nest in the same area. The moment their children were big enough to leave they left, and i never saw them back again. Filmed from my garden and next to the house.
