Fresh Gym Kit: Why is it important?
Why is it important to have fresh gym kit?
Gym kit, sportswear, and activewear are all terms that refer to clothing and accessories designed for physical activity and exercise. When it comes to choosing the right gym kit, there are a few key factors to consider.
First, you’ll want to think about the type of activity you’ll be doing. In addition to considering the type of activity you’ll be doing, it’s also important to think about the fit and comfort of your gym kit. Look for gym clothes in colours and patterns that you like, and that reflect your personal style.
Fresh kit in the gym is all about having clean, new, and well-maintained equipment and clothing for your workouts. By choosing the right gym kit, you can help to keep yourself healthy, comfortable, and motivated while you exercise.

Revealing the beauty of wood and epoxy resin boards after sanding
In this short video you can see the beauty beneath the dust as an epoxy resin art project goes through the process of sanding in ever finer grits before it arrives at its final, finished state.
In these clips we're in the first quarter of its journey, having gotten up to around 180grit - dry sanding. From here we'll go up and up through the grits until we reach about 10,000 grit, whereupon it'll look almost like glass when polish is applied.

Small Shop Tips - How to Flatten an Epoxy Resin River Table (or board) Without a Fancy Planer.
In this video, we'll show you how we flatten the surfaces of an epoxy board (or any board) with a few workshop tools, that give professional results without needing to buy or accommodate a large thicknesser (planer) in a small workshop.
Watch as we flatten the surface of this Epoxy Resin board that we made using a few simple workshop items in under 45 mins. It's fun to do and really easy once you have everything you need, which you probably already have lying around, or can get very cheaply otherwise.
This video covers how we turn a freshly de-moulded epoxy river slab into a stunning semi-finished product and shows you the steps along the way so that you too can flatten epoxy boards like a pro!
This video assumes you have already made an epoxy resin board that you want to flatten. Please like and subscribe to see our resin pouring videos in future videos.
The board featured is made from solid European olive wood, one of our favourite hardwoods to work with as it is both beautiful and durable. If you watch til the end you’ll see why it’s one of our favourites for yourself - it’s absolutely gorgeous stuff and we’re lucky to be able to get it.
The epoxy we used is by Dipon, a deep pour product from their range. You can buy Dipon resin and tints on Amazon and the link to their products is here: https://amzn.to/2R9NTF8
