I Tested My One Rep Bench Max
I tested my one rep bench press max.
It has been 7 months since I last tested my one rep max, and the last time I did I got 230. Surely with months of consistent training and dieting my strength should have definitely gotten up right? I should definitely be able to get above 230, and if I don't then this road to the 315 bench is gonna be harder than I thought.

How To Meal Prep Chicken For Bulking In 45 Minutes
This is how to meal prep chicken in 45 minutes that will last 6 days.
1,190 calories, 150g protein, 117g carb, 11g fat, PER MEAL.
CHICKEN: 96 OZ
1) Rinse and cut all the fat off your chicken, place on oven pan.
2) Add olive oil, taco seasoning, and salsa.
3) Place in oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
RICE: 5 CUPS
1cup of rice = 1 1/2 cup of water
1) Boil water, add a little olive oil and salt
2) Throw rice in
3) Place lid on pot
4) Turn stove burner to low
5) Wait 30 minutes
DONE!
ALL TOGETHER TOTALS:
5 cups of brown rice (whole bag of Wegmans version): 3,300 cals, 66g protein, 704g carb, 33g fat.
Taco Seasoning 2 packs(Wegmans Organic): 160 cals, 0g protein, 36g carb, 0g fat.
Salsa (Pace Chunky Salsa): 140 cals, 0g protein, 42g carb, 0g fat.
Chicken 96 oz (Wegmans pack): 3,530 cals, 832g protein, 0g carb, 32g fat.
EVERYTHING: 7,140 cals, 898g protein, 782g carb, 65g fat.
