Music on the old Irish harp which was played until the early 1800s In April 1916, Irish republicans launched the Easter Rising against British rule and proclaimed an Irish Republic. Although it was crushed after a week of fighting, the Rising and the British response led to greater popular support for Irish independence. In the December 1918 election, republican party Sinn Féin won a landslide victory in Ireland. On 21 January 1919 they formed a breakaway government (Dáil Éireann) and declared Irish independence.

They reject and disavow explicitly the 'World Economic Forum' and the WEF plans and agendas. 4. They act, as public servants, solely in the interests of, and at the direction,the Irish people. 5. While in this interim period pending investigation of all public reps and public servants, and trials for treason committed against the Irish people and Irish Nation éiRe. They will have an opportunity to consider..and their position should they choose to re-enter will be stark .. they will have been put on notice. Excuses of ignorance, or otherwise, will no longer wash.
