Dr. Mary's Monkey: How the Unsolved Murder of a Doctor, a Secret Laboratory in New Orleans and Cancer-Causing Monkey Viruses are Linked to Lee Harvey Oswald, the JFK Assassination and Emerging Global Epidemics Epidemics can be used for political purposes!

Any New Orleans list of best physicians from the 1960s would include Dr. Alton Ochsner, Sr., and Dr. Mary Sherman. Both Ochsner and Sherman had roots and degrees from the Midwest. Both schooled or trained in Europe during their formative years, migrated to New Orleans to practice medicine and were on the faculty at Tulane Medical School. Both died in New Orleans. Today, Ochsner is a local medical legend; Sherman is an unsolved New Orleans murder mystery. Ochsner was one of the physician founders of the medical complex which bears his name and an early proponent of the link between smoking and lung cancer. He was a chest surgeon interested in all cancers and was elected national president of the American Cancer Society. He was also known for his ultraconservative politics, except when lobbying for federal funds to expand his hospital. Early in her career, Sherman published several papers pertaining to viral research beginning in the 1940s. After medical school, she finished a residency in orthopedics – a tough row to hoe for a female physician in those days. In ‘52, Ochsner recruited Sherman to New Orleans. He offered her a partnership at Ochsner Foundation Hospital, her own cancer laboratory and a faculty position at Tulane. From 1952 until her death in ‘64, Sherman, a widow before moving South, lived in an apartment on St. Charles Avenue near Louisiana Avenue. She was on the staff of several local hospitals but really thrived in her research laboratory, working with bone and soft tissue cancers. She published several research papers and served on expert committees dealing with bone pathology and cancers. The late Don Lee Keith, a writer and editor of New Orleans Magazine, called me a couple of times over the years to discuss Sherman’s death. Keith reconstructed the crime scene in his mind and was the first to smell a conspiracy with a cover-up. He was obsessed with Sherman’s murder and wrote about it several times. Former aide to Professor Longhair and advertising executive-turned-author Edward “Ed” T. Haslam has expanded on Keith’s earlier work. He has written Dr. Mary’s Monkey, a required book for conspiracy lovers. It’s also an interesting read for those with memories of the New Orleans medical profession during the 1960s and ‘70s and really for anyone who wants an armchair visit back to the New Orleans of that era. As with Ochsner and Sherman, a Tulane Medical School position brought author Ed Haslam to New Orleans in the 1950s, but the appointment was for his physician father. He moved here with his family at a young age and attended several local schools including the New Orleans Academy, Jesuit High School and Tulane University. Haslam has woven Sherman’s murder into a conspiracy tale involving a clandestine mouse laboratory operated by David Ferrie on Louisiana Parkway; a heavily guarded linear accelerator located Uptown; monkeys from Tulane Medical School; a young high school science fair winner and Lee Harvey Oswald’s secret lover; and a plot to kill Fidel Castro with cancer causing monkey cells orchestrated by a right wing marriage between Carlos Marcello and Alton Ochsner, Sr. – the stealth viruses were then dumped in Haiti where they simmered for almost two decades before erupting into a worldwide epidemic of various cancers and AIDS. Dr. Monroe Samuels performed Sherman’s autopsy. Samuels documented the cause of death as a heart penetrating stab wound to the chest. The autopsy documented multiple other stab wounds to the abdomen, left arm and right leg. Her sexual organs were also lacerated postmortem. Even more fascinating to Keith were the burn injuries. I can remember Keith reading me the autopsy report over the telephone a couple of decades after Sherman’s death. A copy of this autopsy report is reprinted in Haslam’s book. The only remaining portion of Sherman’s right arm was a piece of her upper arm bone. The rest of the extremity was burned to a crisp. The body was discovered in Sherman’s bedroom and the bed was smoldering. However, neither Keith nor Haslam believed the fire was intense enough to have caused almost complete thermal destruction of an arm. Haslam hypothesizes that government forces installed a huge clandestine linear accelerator on the Uptown grounds of the old U.S. Public Health Hospital. Sherman conducted experiments there to mutate monkey viruses to assist a CIA plot headed by Ochsner to mutate monkey viruses. Something went wrong with the linear accelerator and Sherman suffered a severe but non-fatal burn. If she had been taken to an emergency room, the nature of her burn injuries would’ve exposed their occult plot. One of her comrades sacrificed her with a knife wound to her chest. Her charred body was then moved to her apartment, more stab wounds were inflicted to make it look like a crazed sex killing and then her bed and body were set on fire.

Judyth Vary was born in South Bend, Indiana on 15th May, 1943. She attended Manatee High School where she developed a keen interest in science. Judyth received national attention for her cancer research while still in high school, including guidance from two Nobel Prize winners in biochemistry. After graduating in 1961 Judyth moved to Buffalo where she worked on a cancer research project. Her research at the Roswell Park Memorial Institute continued through to spring of 1963 at the University of Florida. In 1963 Judyth married Robert Baker and over the next few years the couple had had five children. Judyth Baker also studied for a degree in anthropology at the University of Houston and a degree in creative writing at the University of Central Florida. Robert Baker divorced Judyth in 1987. She moved to the Netherlands where she was involved in running a small art gallery. Later she established the Lee Harvey Oswald Museum in Haarlem. In 1999 Judyth privately revealed her involvement in an anti-Castro conspiracy to individuals outside her family and to CBS Sixty Minutes investigators. In late 2000, newsgroups learned who she was and began speculating on what she had to say. She asserted she had been (at first unwittingly) recruited by Dr. Alton Ochsner and Dr. Mary Sherman into a get-Fidel Castro project that had the backing of the CIA and of the Mafia in New Orleans. In November, 2003 Judyth Baker appeared in the television programme made by Nigel Turner, The Men Who Killed Kennedy: The Love Affair. According to Judyth she was offered a summer medical internship with Dr. Sherman by Ochsner: she accepted, and came to New Orleans in April, 1963. Judyth met Lee Harvey Oswald and became involved on the clandestine side of the research project. Both had unhappy marriages and were attracted to each other. She and Oswald began working together: they were both hired May 10, 1963, at Reily's Coffee Company, which provided cover jobs for them. According to Judyth she accidentally learned about the clandestine side of the project before Alton Ochsner, who was out of town, was able to steer her to the legitimate side. She then became a willing participant in the project. At the same time, Oswald and Judyth began to fall in love. Neither had a happy marriage (Judyth was recently married to a man who promptly left her alone in New Orleans, and who in other ways neglected her). Oswald became linked to the project, partly to be close to Judyth.

4/16/2008 A previously unknown audio tape, recently uncovered, reveals that Sirhan Sirhan did not act alone in the June 1968 assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy. In this video, you will hear the sounds of the actual RFK assassination during a two-minute excerpt from the Pruszynski recording, the only known tape of the Bobby Kennedy shooting. The audio recording was made by freelance newspaper reporter Stanislaw Pruszynski, a Polish journalist covering the RFK presidential campaign for Canadian newspapers. In this video, CNN International anchor Adrian Finighan in London interviews forensic experts Robert J. Joling and Philip Van Praag in Tucson, Arizona about the Pruszynski recording, which was uncovered by an American journalist in 2004 and examined extensively by Van Praag beginning in 2005. Van Praag and Joling say the tape shows that in addition to convicted gunman Sirhan, there was a second, hidden gunman in the Ambassador Hotel kitchen pantry who also was firing at RFK. In fact, they say the recording along with other forensic evidence proves that none of Sirhan's bullets hit Kennedy. They say the Democratic presidential candidate was shot by the second unknown gunman and not by Sirhan, who is the only person ever to have been arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced for the assassination. Joling and Van Praag say all eight bullets fired by Sirhan missed Bobby Kennedy and instead hit bystanders and woodwork inside the kitchen pantry and inside another area near the pantry. They say that RFK was struck four times (with three bullets entering his body and one passing through his clothing) and that all four Kennedy bullets were fired from extremely close range immediately behind the Senator by someone else other than Sirhan, who was several feet to Kennedy's front and never got behind RFK. According to Van Praag and Joling, the Pruszynski recording reveals that at the moment of the RFK shooting in the hotel kitchen pantry, at least 13 shots were fired: five more bullets fired than Sirhan alone could have fired with his single eight-shot revolver and which he had no opportunity to reload in the pantry. In addition, the experts say the recording also reveals two sets of "double shots": shots fired too closely together to have come from the same gun. Finally, they say, the Pruszynski recording reveals that the second gunman (RFK's real killer, they believe) likely was firing a .22 caliber 9-shot H&R 922 handgun at the same time that Sirhan was firing his .22 caliber 8-shot Iver Johnson Cadet 55 handgun. They say the hidden H&R weapon fired at least five shots from the rear while Sirhan fired all eight of his Iver Johnson's bullets from in front. They say Sirhan only had a free hand during his first two shots: that the first two shots Sirhan fired missed Senator Kennedy and Sirhan's last six shots were fired wildly while he was being grabbed by several people in the pantry. They say only the second gunman had a clear shot at RFK and was able to quickly fire his bullets into Kennedy from behind, unseen by most witnesses because all attention in the pantry had shifted to Sirhan and his gun. Robert Kennedy and five other people were shot at the Ambassador in Los Angeles at 12:16 AM on June 5, 1968 only moments after the New York Senator had claimed victory in the June 4th California Democratic Presidential Primary. It was the third major American assassination of the 1960s, occurring 4 1/2 years after the assassination of RFK's brother, U.S. President John F. Kennedy. Phil Van Praag and Bob Joling presented their RFK assassination findings before the annual meeting of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences in Washington D.C. on February 21, 2008. On March 25, 2008, they likewise presented their findings in Ledyard, Connecticut before hundreds of forensic experts attending the annual Markle Symposium, sponsored by the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science. They've done a number of TV, radio, internet and print interviews since. Earlier, on June 6, 2007, the Discovery Times Channel premiered the television documentary, "Conspiracy Test: The RFK Assassination" which featured Van Praag, Joling, Stanislaw Pruszynski of Warsaw, Poland and other notables as the program focused in detail on Van Praag's Pruszynski recording findings. Also featured in "Conspiracy Test" was shooting victim Paul Schrade of Los Angeles who is currently spearheading efforts to reopen the RFK assassination case at the local, state or federal level, based in large part on the late-breaking revelations from the Pruszynski recording. The original CNN International segment was aired on television on April 16, 2008.

One, there were more bullet holes and wounds suffered in that kitchen than Sirhan's gun was capable of creating. Two, multiple trauma doctors who worked on Bobby that night told the media on camera within hours of the event that he had been shot in the right mastoid bone, and the coroner's report confirmed this and described it as having been fired at point blank range, leaving powder burns around the wound. = Either 1) actual magic exists here... 2) over eighty doctors, coroners, witnesses, police officers and forensic personnel lied in unison and have kept their lies a secret for 48 years... or 3) there was a second shooter.
