MICFootball is an international youth soccer tournament that brings some of the most powerful clubs and national teams from around the world to the Costa Brava. The tournament was born with the aim of giving young people from any corner of the planet the opportunity to live together and compete with the best teams, youth academies and players in world football. Eighteen years later, the Mediterranean International Cup continues in the same spirit as the first day.
Every Easter, thousands of young players from the 5 continents fill the Costa Brava with enthusiasm, sportsmanship and goals. During 5 intense days we can enjoy hundreds of matches throughout the province of Girona.
Just as it happened with present stars like Coutinho, Messi, Marcelo, Neymar or Carvajal, the stars of the future have an unavoidable date at MICFootball. Who will be the next soccer stars? Here we will see them first.

Quarantine Abs | My 8 Minute Go-To Cinch Waist Workout

These are some of my favorite ab exercises I've put into a quick workout that you can do 2-3 rounds of, if one round is too easy.
I've been doing this ab workout 3 days a week during quarantine. On days I feel good i'll do it 3-4 rounds. On days my body is more tired sometimes I only do 2 rounds.
Make sure to push yourself but stay within your limits! Remember to listen to your body, you know it best.
