This is part 1 of the down and stay video episode. I'm taking the 2 puppies I have currently and going thru my normal routine to hopefully build them into some serious working machines by day, and sweet cuddle bugs by night. I have been very busy with all kinds of things going on other then my dogs, but i am trying to show the motions to go from puppy to bulletproof machine. I am using Atlas the boy and Siren the girl. I also will probably be adding in some or my protection dogs in here and there and some other breeds as a bonus.

This is episode 4, The basics of heeling. This video is about the basic training of heeling for a puppy and also an adult. I am using a puppy who has never done it before along with dogs that I have trained at different levels. It has three of my personal dogs. One is a Dutch Shepherd I rescued. She was emancipated and on her way to get put to sleep. When I said foose, she got scared because of the e collar work put on her prior to me. The pups barely have any training especially Atlas. I also have a Rottweiler i did a board and train on demonstrating her heel. She was out of control when i got her weeks ago. Just have patience and have short sessions.. Hope this helps my videos are not fancy but as real as it gets.

This video is about important basics in puppy handling. Making sure your puppy is confident in being handled in awkward positions will eliminate fear or surprise bite when being handled. A pit bull has a high tolerance for stress and discomfort genetically, but nevertheless, they need to be handled in a discomforting way so they can confidently be handled without fear later on..For example if a baby grabs the tail and pulls, the dog will ignore or tolerate this. In the event it happens suddenly by a toddler or even when the vet or groomer has to move the animal in an uncomfortable position. Cooked bones are dangerous and are a very serious threat so any chance to eliminate eating them will be wise.

This is episode 2 of my puppy series. Building focus and training the name of your new friend. This works also if you want to change the name of the dog you owned or rescued. This is the basic foundation of focus and will build the foundation to advanced obedience as the dog matures. It is very important to build a relationship with a pup in the early stages with only minimum corrections. Learning to communicate with your dog is what separates the average dog to a competition dog. This is real training I do with all my dogs. The proof is in the pudding.
