T-80BV tank in action
T-80BV tank in action
In the Kupyansk direction, tankers of the Western group of troops destroyed exposed fortified areas and dugouts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from closed firing positions. According to the coordinates received from reconnaissance and spotters, the crews of the T-80BV tanks destroyed all detected targets. Having completed the combat mission, the tank crews hastily left their firing positions.
Tank crews on the front line can work both direct fire and from closed firing positions behind the terrain or in shelters. This allows you to remain undetected. They successfully hit targets located at a considerable distance and beyond line of sight. At the same time, they can inflict effective fire damage and ensure that motorized rifle units carry out combat missions. Tankers in the Kupyansk direction have several combat missions every day. As soon as a target arrives, the tankers leave the dugout without hesitation. And within a minute they start the car. The T-80BV is at a certain distance, in the caponier, also in full readiness, as it should be on combat duty.
These tanks are maneuverable and fast. They strike quickly. Moreover, they are very accurate. Often for priority purposes. These are firing points and armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Thus, tankers support our infantry. And most importantly, they prevent the enemy’s attempts to go on the offensive.

UAV units of Russian paratroopers destroyed enemy infantry
UAV units of Russian paratroopers destroyed enemy infantry
During a special military operation, unmanned aircraft units of the Ivanovo Guards Airborne Forces actively use quadcopters with drops to destroy enemy personnel in the Artyomovsk area.
After launching an attack quadcopter with ammunition attached to the drops, the quadcopter operator flew up to the militants’ position and identified a target to hit – Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel hiding in trenches and dugouts. A few seconds for adjustments and guidance. Next is the release of a VOG or grenade, hitting the enemy and destroying him. In this section, UAV units of the Airborne Forces destroy dozens of Ukrainian militants every day.

Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile systems and air defence crews on combat mission
Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile systems and air defence crews on combat mission
Here is the footage of the combat work of the crews of the Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile systems and the crews of the air observation points of the Southern Group of Forces in the Artyomovsk direction of the special military operation. The air defence units of the Southern Group of Forces constantly monitor the airspace in the designated sector, preventing enemy air targets from conducting reconnaissance and dropping ammunition on the positions of our artillery units.
To detect and destroy them, aerial observation points are equipped, which allow timely detection and destruction of Ukrainian Armed Forces aircraft using heavy machine guns and man-portable anti-aircraft missile systems. The crews of the Strela-10 air defence system most often work against enemy unmanned aerial vehicles of the Furia type. FPV drones are destroyed by small arms and MANPADS.
The Strela-10 combat vehicle moves into position, turns around and, after detecting and capturing a target, launches anti-aircraft missiles. Every day, air defense units in this area destroy from 5 to 10 enemy UAVs; just one battery of the Strela-10 complex has destroyed more than 100 air targets of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a short period of time.

Training of assault units of the Vostok group of troops
Training of assault units of the Vostok group of troops
Motorised riflemen of the Vostok group of troops are training to capture enemy strongholds at training grounds in the rear zone of the Northern Military District
Military personnel of motorised rifle units of the Vostok group of troops hone their skills at training grounds located in the rear zone of a special military operation on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic. After completing combat missions on the front line, the units continue training to capture strong points and positions, long-term firing points and dugouts of the enemy.
Assault squads, under the guidance of experienced instructors, who have more than one successfully completed combat mission behind them, automatically hone all possible options for actions and situations that can occur in a real battle. During training at the training ground, combat groups storm, clear and then hold enemy dugouts and trenches, practice first aid and evacuate the wounded from the battlefield. These trainings help fighters understand each other almost without words, and most importantly, minimize personnel losses in real combat

Combat work of the Metis ATGM crews
Combat work of the Metis ATGM crews
Here is the footage of the combat work of crews of the Metis-M1 anti-tank missile systems of the Vostok group of troops in the Ugledar direction of a special military operation. Crews of the Metis-M1 portable anti-tank missile system of the anti-tank units of the Vostok group of troops effectively hit manpower and armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the vicinity of Ugledar.
The presence of such complexes makes it possible to create a multicomponent anti-tank defence system at the forefront, characterised by increased flexibility of use. The anti-tank missile has a reinforced tandem warhead, which gives penetration of at least 900-950 mm. In terms of firepower, such ammunition is comparable to a large-caliber artillery shell.
The Metis-M1 anti-tank missile system is designed to destroy visually visible stationary and moving tanks and other armoured targets at speeds of up to 60 km/h, equipped with dynamic protection of armoured vehicles, fortifications, and enemy personnel, at any time of the day, in adverse weather conditions, at a distance of up to 2 kilometres.

Russian paratroopers stormed another Ukrainian stronghold
Russian paratroopers stormed another Ukrainian stronghold north-west of Artyomovsk and cleared it
In the Donetsk direction, assault units of Russian paratroopers from the Southern Group of Forces, continuing to improve the situation along the front line, with the support of artillery fire, stormed another strong point northwest of Artyomovsk.
During aerial reconnaissance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' positions, the paratroopers discovered the enemy's main fire weapons and control points. Subsequently, the artillery of the formation inflicted fire damage, suppressing the main fire weapons of the militants and disrupting their control system. Newly identified targets were destroyed by FPV drone crews.
Having demoralised the enemy, the paratroopers from several directions quickly captured the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, after which they carried out a complete clearing of the strong point. The enemy fled, leaving behind their wounded and dead.

Crews of BM-21 Grad MLRS of airborne artillery units
Crews of BM-21 Grad MLRS of airborne artillery units destroyed a group of Ukrainian infantry, disrupting the rotation of enemy units north of Artyomovsk
During aerial reconnaissance, objective control means identified areas of terrain with large concentrations of Armed Forces personnel who were rotating in forward positions. This information was transmitted to the command post of the Guards Artillery Regiment of the Ivanovo Airborne Forces. The Grad MLRS crews, having previously loaded the rocket launcher, receive a combat mission and move to the firing area, from where they inflict fire on the enemy.
Artillery paratroopers deliver crushing blows to enemy personnel with high-explosive fragmentation unguided rockets, the shock wave and fragments from which scatter hundreds of meters and destroy a concentration of enemy infantry.
Grad crews inflict fire damage both day and night, leaving the enemy not the slightest chance of survival and rotation. After completing a combat mission, the paratroopers promptly fold up and depart to a safe area to reload.

Work of specialists from the combined demining squad in Mariupol
Work of specialists from the combined demining squad in Mariupol
Military personnel of the combined detachment of engineering troops and radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to clear explosive objects from infrastructure and the residential sector of the city of Mariupol in the Donetsk People's Republic.
Demining is carried out every day, seven days a week. Over the past three months, in the vicinity of the city of Mariupol, specialists from the combined demining squad have found and neutralized approximately 1,700 explosive objects. Most often, sappers rush to go out at the request of local residents, who left after the outbreak of hostilities and have now returned to their homes.
Fierce fighting took place in the city; the enemy retreated and left behind many traps. In addition, in the residential sector there are many remnants of shells and unexploded ordnance, which can pose a danger to civilians.
The most difficult thing is to work in the private sector, where, when inspecting household plots of development, sappers trained at the International Mine Action Center of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation discover many traps, anti-personnel mines and other deadly finds.

The crew of the self-propelled howitzer Akatsiya in an artillery duel
The crew of the self-propelled howitzer Akatsiya in an artillery duel
In the Krasny Liman direction, operators of the Aistenok artillery reconnaissance complex of the Centre group of troops discovered the fire weapons of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and transmitted the coordinates to the artillery command post. In the shortest possible time, after receiving target designation, the personnel of the 2S3M Akatsiya self-propelled artillery unit struck from a firing position, destroying the enemy’s gun and crew. The successful hit of the target was recorded by the operator of a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle.
The military clarifies that such combat work is similar to a blind duel, when the enemy’s guns may not be visible visually. The location of the gun is recorded only by the Aistenok radar complex.
Aistenok is a portable radar complex for reconnaissance and fire control. It’s designed for reconnaissance of positions of enemy fire weapons (MLRS, artillery and mortar positions, launchers of tactical missiles and air defence systems, etc.), calculating the trajectories of projectiles and missiles, adjusting the fire of friendly fire weapons, monitoring airspace and controlling unmanned aerial vehicles.

Combat work of military personnel of the special forces unit
Combat work of military personnel of the special forces unit
Military personnel of special forces units of the West group of troops perform combat missions in any weather. They storm enemy trenches, work on fortified areas and dugouts. They work both behind enemy lines and on the line of combat contact.
The special forces work in conjunction with artillerymen and independently. Most often, they move to the area to perform tasks in the dark. Modern special forces units are equipped not only with the most sophisticated reconnaissance equipment, but also with serious firepower: anti-tank systems, mortars, grenade launchers, and cannon artillery. Thus, the time from detecting a target to inflicting fire on it is reduced as much as possible. In the Kupyansk direction, military personnel from the reconnaissance unit of the West group of forces, using drones, opened an observation and stronghold point of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a forest belt. The enemy's coordinates were transmitted via communications to the control point.
In the shortest possible time, the mobile crew moved to the firing position. To covertly and quickly move across rough terrain, special forces used buggies. Having arrived at the point, the servicemen prepared shots for the 30-mm automatic mounted grenade launcher Flame, installed directly on an all-terrain vehicle, and struck enemy personnel with precise hits. After completing the combat mission, the special forces left the firing position.
The 30-mm automatic mounted grenade launcher AGS-17 Flame is designed to engage enemy personnel and fire weapons located outside of shelters - in open trenches and behind natural folds of the terrain - in hollows, ravines, on reverse slopes of heights.
