Found cam shims fractured inside cam area, blocking oil flow to heads inside Harley Sportster. Discovered that the cam shims were placed on inside, instead of outside, and they fractured to pieces inside engine.

Decking cylinder heads by hand, using glass as a work surface and sand paper tacked down with spray adhesive. Decking diesel Yanmar Cylinder Head 4T90.
