I was at a car show at the Casablanca Casino car spotting some awesome, classics and muscle cars on Sunday, 1-14-2024. This 1962 Chevy Corvette caught my attention.

I am walking to my stealth campsite near Nevada-Arizona Stateline also near Mesquite. Two police cruisers and officers are searching a vehicle in the 76 Convenience store parking lot. The Virgin River and Eureka casinos are nearby.

I am in a ravine in scenic St. George showing my bugout bag and forwarding safety tips near a 12' near-vertical dirt wall that is unstable. The safety standard for workers in a trench is no more than 4' deep in a vertical trench. The rest of the dirt wall should be sloped back at a 1 to 1 ratio or bench cut 4' horizontal than 4' vertical.

During my travels I met some awesome veterans. Harold Payne was a B-17 pilot. I also met a survivor of the Batman Death March and a Marine Corps combat veteran who fought on Iwo Jima.

I had the privilege to briefly talk to a Marine Corps, World War 2, combat veteran who fought at #IwoJima. I saw him at Freddy's restaurant in #StGeorgeUtah. He recently turned 100 years old. #SouthPacific #greatestgeneration #fiercebattle #centenarian

I am back in my base camp of St. George, Utah, and I found an awesome stealth campsite near a Target Department Store. Other stealth campers have found this spot and utilized it before I found it. This spot is very well hidden near a thick jungle.

I was riding my bicycle near the Summit Harley Davidson dealer and repair shop with Marley's restaurant in same building located in Lindon, Utah. Much of the corrugated steel, channel beams, and I-beams used in the building came from the dismantled Geneva Steel Mill that was across the street at one time.

This Iron Horse Steam Locomotive No. 4436 was made by Baldwin Locomotive Works in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It has a Vanderbilt Tender attached to it. At first, coal was used for propulsion than oil. I climb aboard and show you the engineers view.
