EP 78 Part 1 - Dr. John Douillard — Gluten Sensitivity and the Why Behind Eating Whole Grains
In Today’s Episode
Today we’re talking with Dr. John Douillard about a surprisingly controversial topic: wheat. Dr. Douillard is the author of a great book titled Eat Wheat, so you can see where this is going. I was so excited to interview him because he believes something that I have observed in my own life and practice, that is that eliminating wheat from someone’s diet can be beneficial, but that you must heal the gut and be able to add it back in eventually. Wheat is not the root cause of illness, a weak gut is. I hope you enjoy this first part of our interview. There’s so much to say about this, so we’ll finish the interview next week.
Dr. John Douillard, DC, CAP, is a globally-recognized leader in the fields of natural health, Ayurveda, and sports medicine. He is the creator of LifeSpa.com, the leading Ayurvedic health and wellness resource on the web, with over five million views on YouTube. LifeSpa.com is evolving the way Ayurveda is understood around the world, with over 800 articles and videos proving ancient wisdom with modern science. Dr. John is the former Director of Player Development and nutrition expert for the New Jersey Nets NBA team. He is the bestselling author of seven health books, a repeat guest on the Dr. Oz show, and has been featured in USA Today, LA Times, and dozens of other national publications. He has been in practice for over 30 years and has seen over 100,000 patients. Dr. John directs LifeSpa, the 2013 Holistic Wellness Center of the year in Boulder, CO. You can read Dr. Douillard’s full bio here: Dr. John.

Are you eating a plant-based diet? Are you trying to? Are you curious about the benefits? Or, do you know anyone who is trying to transition to a vegan lifestyle? If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, then today’s interview is for you.
Today I’m pleased to be talking with Lani Muelrath. Lani has been vegetarian/vegan since 1973, when she also started teaching yoga and began a meditation practice. The ethical considerations of treatment of animals, the environment, and health were natural outgrowths of these practices. Her early studies in meditation took her to India on retreat several times. Since then she undertook the study of Mindfulness Meditation, which she has practiced for over twenty-five years. She has studied with some of the best-known leaders in mindfulness practices. She has also been featured on CBS-TV, ABC-TV, Prevention magazine, USA Today, Huffington Post, The Saturday Evening Post, and NSPR. She created and starred in her own CBS television show, Lani’s All Heart Aerobics, and has served as presenter and consultant for the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, The Complete Health Improvement Project, and Plant Pure Nation.

[41:27] Each phase that Lani has identified is crucial to the journey.
[46:46] What are the biggest challenges for people attempting to transition to a vegan lifestyle?
[48:22] Planning ahead can be very helpful in navigating social situations.

EP 71 - Dr. David Hanscom MD — Back In Control: A Surgeon’s Roadmap Out of Chronic Pain
In Today’s Episode
Chronic pain is a horrible thing. After suffering from debilitating migraines for more than forty years, I can sympathize with people that say they have considered suicide because of their chronic pain. Chronic pain is the reason why many people become dependent on drugs, and why opioid addiction is such a problem in our country, even for kids and teenagers. If you suffer from any kind of pain, I can’t wait for you to meet today’s guest, Dr. David Hanscom.
Dr. Hanscom is a board certified orthopedic surgeon, specializing in complex spine problems in all areas of the spine. He has expertise in adult and pediatric spinal deformities, such as scoliosis and kyphosis. A significant part of his practice is devoted to performing surgery on patients who have had multiple prior spine surgeries. He works for Swedish Neuroscience Specialists in Seattle, Washington, and he is the founder of the Puget Sound Spine Society, a non-profit educational group which provides a regional forum for physicians to share ideas regarding optimum spine care.
He is the author of a book titled, Back in Control: A Surgeon’s Roadmap Out of Chronic Pain, which I highly recommend that you read, because he explains in full detail why his method works, and what you need to do to get out of chronic pain or chronic anxiety. This book will be, and has been, a miracle for many.

Please tune in every Wednesday and share this podcast with your friends.
[12:10] Dr. Hanscom performed state-of-the-art back surgeries for years, but was confused that they weren’t working very well.

[24:42] Things started to change when Dr. Hanscom started writing things down, but it took him a little longer to really understand what was going on.
[26:41] How does the nervous system work?
[29:21] The role of anxiety is to protect us.
[30:42] Anger feels powerful, anxiety feels vulnerable.
[33:16] Forgiveness can give you your life back.
[34:48] How can you know if you have truly forgiven?
[39:18] Healing happens in phases.
[42:14] Over 300 research papers support Dr. Hanscom’s approach to reprogramming the brain.

EP 68 - Dr. Daniel Pompa —True Cellular Detox
In Today's Episode I am talking with an important figure in the world of detox, Dr. Daniel Pompa. I have wanted to have Dr. Pompa on the show since Episode 1, and he’s finally here!
Dr. Pompa completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh in 1988 and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University's College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia in 1995. Even though Dr. Pompa no longer practices chiropractic, his understanding of cellular healing has lead to many speaking engagements at large chiropractic seminars, speaking to hundreds of professionals who learn of his detoxification program for neurotoxic conditions and other unexplainable illnesses. Dr. Pompa has established his coaching and teaching on a firm and proven conviction that the crisis of modern-day allopathic medicine is the sad result of physicians chasing symptoms with medication rather than addressing the root cause of disease. This even occurs within functional medicine. His approach to getting to the "upstream cause" is what separates him from others.
In this conversation with Dr. Pompa, I ask him all about his protocol so that you guys can see how it’s done. What I love so much about his protocol is that it has three phases. First, you prepare the body and repair the cell, then you do the body detox, and finally you do the brain detox. Dr. Pompa particularly stresses the necessity of using a true binder to rid your body of heavy metals, and explains to us what that is.
Through our conversation today I hope that you can learn more about how to properly detoxify your own body as part of your own healing journey.
Outline of This Great Episode
[2:11] Patients must take responsibility for their own health, rather than relying on doctors and practitioners to heal them.
[3:07] So many people are struggling with undiagnosable symptoms, and the medical world has very little success in helping these patients.
[4:16] Toxins contribute to illness.
[5:19] Dr. Dan Pompa became an authority on detox after he healed his own mystery illness through a mercury detox.
[6:20] Dr. Pompa has developed a method to detox the brain, and detox on a cellular level.
[6:45] What is CytoDetox?
[9:09] Regardless of our age, we all need to detox.
[11:25] CytoDetox utilizes a true binder. This is especially important, as it has become difficult to get other true binders without a prescription.
[14:47] What are Dr. Pompa’s Five Rs?
[16:45] Vidal introduces Dr. Pompa.
[20:41] Through mercury toxicity, Dr. Pompa moved from pain to purpose.
[25:10] Dr. Andy Cutler’s chelation methods were a big part of Dr. Pompa’s journey back to health.
[26:37] You must use chelation within a specific system or else it can lead to dangerous redistribution of toxins.
[28:45] What is the difference between upstream and downstream detox?
[30:27] What does phase one of Dr. Pompa’s program look like, in application?
[33:49] Many practitioners are approaching methylation problems in a totally wrong way.
[37:32] Phase two of Dr. Pompa’s protocol is all about setting up a correct concentration gradient within the body.
[40:30] In phase three, the “brain phase,” patients use both CytoDetox and ALA.
[44:18] Dr. Pompa has created formulas to move toxins clear out of the body after they hit the liver.
[46:07] How do you know when you are ready to move from one detox phase to another?
[46:50] Dr. Pompa is holding a training seminar in Atlanta in May.
[47:20] During phase three, Dr. Pompa will sometimes add in a supplement for the thyroid and hypothalamus.
[49:43] Dr. Pompa’s protocol involves cycling, similar to the Cutler protocol.
[50:40] Heavy metals from fillings accumulate in the brain.
[51:16] We begin accumulating toxins in the womb.
[55:00] We need to have an honest conversation about vaccines, but the mainstream media won’t go there.
[57:31] Welcome to all our new listeners! Be sure to check out VidalSpeaks.com, where you can find my story, my favorite products and much more! Please support this show by using the Amazon Banner on my site for all your Amazon purchases, which will pay a small commission to me with no extra cost to you. It really helps. Please also consider donating directly to keep our show going, leaving us a review or sharing our show with a friend. All of this supports our mission. Thank you!
[59:09] Dr. Pompa’s protocol is customized for each patient.
[1:03:14] CytoDetox is a wonderful replacement for DMSA and DMPS.
[1:07:07] Sadly, people are often very disconnected to their health until they become ill.
[1:12:14] Glyphosate is even more dangerous than most people realize.
[1:16:31] Heavy metals displace minerals.
[1:18:00] There is no perfect test to detect heavy metal toxicity, but we all need to detox.
[1:24:31] Dr. Pompa...

TODAY’S GUEST: Neal Barnard, M.D., F.A.C.C., is an adjunct associate professor of medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C., president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and founder of Barnard Medical Center.
Dr. Barnard is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the 2016 recipient of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine’s Trailblazer Award, and has led numerous research studies investigating the effects of diet on diabetes, body weight, and chronic pain, including a groundbreaking study of dietary interventions in type 2 diabetes, funded by the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Barnard has authored more than 70 scientific publications as well as 18 books, including the New York Times best-sellers Power Foods for the Brain, 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart, and the USA Today best-seller Dr. Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes.
As president of the Physicians Committee, Dr. Barnard leads programs advocating for preventive medicine, good nutrition, and higher ethical standards in research. He hosts four PBS television programs on nutrition and health and is frequently called on by news programs to discuss issues related to nutrition and research.
Originally from Fargo, N.D., Dr. Barnard received his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the same institution. He practiced at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York before returning to Washington to found the Physicians Committee.
In 2015, Dr. Barnard founded the nonprofit Barnard Medical Center, which opened in January 2016, in Washington, D.C. Barnard Medical’s board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered dietitians provide complete primary care. Barnard Medical also helps patients tackle the causes of illness, with extra attention on improving health through prevention and nutrition. Barnard Medical takes advantage of years of research conducted by the Physicians Committee research team and other researchers, showing how a new approach to medicine and nutrition could help prevent and reverse serious health problems, such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, migraines, and arthritis. Barnard Medical’s focus on nutrition includes comprehensive nutrition counseling with registered dietitians and group cooking classes.
As a child in Fargo, North Dakota, Barnard studied piano, cello, and guitar, and took his love of music with him to Washington, DC, where he attended medical school while establishing himself in the DC music scene. Barnard started composing and recording songs in the 80s, and he played music professionally throughout his medical school and residency. With a penchant for the avant-garde, Neal constantly writes songs that defy any genre categorization. He chooses unconventional time meters as well, in order to “tilt the song ever so slightly and give you that little jolt between the ears,” as he puts it.

More about Neal Barnard
CarbonWorks music will surprise those who know Barnard as the physician who has authored more than 70 scientific publications and 18 books, whose NIH-funded research revolutionized the nutritional treatment of diabetes, and who is a recognized authority on science and health. As founder of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and a faculty member at the George Washington University School of Medicine, the trailblazing physician has dramatically influenced U.S. nutrition policies, arm-wrestled with the food industry, and worked to replace the use of animals in education and research with kinder methods.
In keeping with the tradition of luminaries like Albert Einstein, who played violin with symphony orchestras and Harvard researcher Rudy Tanzi, who played keyboards with Aerosmith, Barnard’s scientific innovations are complemented by his explorations in music. As a way of bridging together these two worlds, Barnard gives talks about his findings on how music profoundly affects the brain and “why it beats heroin and Velveeta!”

His wife, Cynthia Olivera is a certified medicinal aromatherapist and a movement/yoga instructor. She and Barry do transformational body work together, utilizing the oils and their intuitive gifts to work with clients in moving forward with grace and surety in their lives.
Barry Kapp has studied aromatherapy in Turkey, France & Israel & shares his learning in seminars & through his own Medicinal Aromatherapy practice. IN THIS EPISODE: Today’s guest, Barry Kapp, believes that the trees love being able to share their essence to heal humans and other species, and this is the foundation of medicinal aromatherapy. In this episode, Barry talks about the essential oils we get from trees and how they help heal our minds, spirits, and bodies. Listen in to this very interesting conversation as Barry and I talk about essential oils and what they can do for you in every aspect of your life.
Barry’s journey into medicinal aromatherapy and essential oils began in his childhood. In today’s episode he tells his story of being raised by parents who self-taught herbal medicine, how he went from farming to aromatherapy, and many of the things he has learned in a lifetime of communing with the trees. He has such a fascinating story - I know you’ll want to hear it.
Pure essential oils have an effect on us spiritually, emotionally, and physically. In this episode, Barry Kapp explains these connections, and talks with me about several specific oils and what they do, as well as the connection between what part of the tree the oil is from and what conditions it can heal. Whether you have a problem with anger, simply want a more healthy deodorant, or are facing a serious illness like cancer, medicinal aromatherapy and essential oils can help. Listen to my conversation with Barry Kapp to find out how.
What if you have an aversion to an essence? Does that mean you should avoid it? Barry Kapp has a clear answer to that question in this episode, and tells me what a person with an aversion needs to do in order to clear it and get the benefit of the oil. If there are oils you simply can’t tolerate, listen to this episode and find out what that means and what you can do about it so that you get the full benefits of medicinal aromatherapy.
There are so many different essential oils. It can sometimes be overwhelming. If you want to start using essential oils and medicinal aromatherapy, where do you begin? I asked this question in today’s episode, and Barry Kapp told me the six oils that he recommends to start with, and why. Listen in to find out how to get started and where you can easily purchase these pure essential oils.

EP 60 - Dr. Reese Halter - What You Can do to Help Stop Environmental Toxins
TODAY’S GUEST: Dr. Reese Halter Earth Doctor Reese Halter is the recipient of the President’s Distinguished Service Award from Humboldt State University for his inimitable leadership in conservation biology, an Outstanding Environmental Awareness Achievement Award for Dr Reese's Planet from The National Society of The Daughters of the American Revolution, an Outstanding Achievement Award for writing The Insatiable Bark Beetle from California Lutheran University, an Outstanding Achievement Award for writing Shepherding the Sea: The Race to Save our Oceans from MUSE School CA, an Excellence in Conservation-in-Action Award from Sea Shepherd Australia and an Outstanding Service Award from the Rotary Club of Westlake Village Sunrise, California, for excellence in public outreach to "Save Nature Now."
Join Dr Reese Halter from the tallest trees on Earth, Californian redwoods, and largest coastal forests of the Alaskan and British Columbian wilderness, Sitka spruce, to the incomparable honeybee and the incredibly delicate Monarch butterflies that migrate southward and return northward in the summer from Canada to Mexico and Baja California (which spans the life of 3 or 4 generations of the butterfly). From the land Down Under, marvel with him at breathtaking life on the Great Barrier Reef or the incredible bees that pollinate eucalypts, and express gratitude for the colossal leatherback sea turtles and remarkable whales of the Great Southern Ocean. And from Africa please take a few moments to read Dr. Reese Halter's stories on the endangered surreal cetaceans, magnificent elephants, and majestic rhinos. Or from SE Asia the latest great coal rush killing Earth and the last Sumatran tigers that loathsome poachers are mercilessly slaughtering in the bloody 'War Against Nature'. Or the repulsive ocean-killing bloodlust in Taiji, Japan, and the Danish Faroe Islands. Kudos to Captain Paul Watson of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society for standing up to Japan and saying "Stop Killing Endangered Whales" and Bob Barker, the late Sam Simon, Pamela Anderson, Yao Ming, Pharrell Williams and "Anonymous" for being best friends forever to the Animal Kingdom. Humans are driving The Sixth Great Extinction, destroying sea life like nothing ever before since the dawning of reproductive life 1.1 billion years ago. The bees, trees, and seas are telling us to immediately future-proof our towns and cities -- climate in crisis.
To protect nature we must love it, to love it we must understand it, to understand it we must be taught. From understanding comes wonder, which The Earth Doctor is a master at evoking. Please join him and help safeguard our environment!

Ellen says that he was a perfectionist and that he taught her to use her eyes and her passion, and that she was lucky to learn all she knows from him.
The next chapter of her life began in 1984 when she gave birth to her daughter, Paula. Ellen stopped pottery at this point but went into 3-year professional training to become a retail salesperson. She opened an interior design shop called SOULEIADO, which sold handmade curtains, bedding, tablecloths and living decor made with special very colorful material from the South of France.
In 1995 Ellen gave birth to her son Johann, and in 2001 she decided to close her shop to begin a study in homeopathy. She did a 3-year training with Dr. Christian Heimes and shortly after starting that, decided to go to Italy to do a master study with Dr. Massimo Mangialavori, which she did for more than 5 years. In 2003 Ellen received the shocking news that she had breast cancer. She declined western treatment & aggressively researched her alternatives which included of course homeopathy. In 2004-2006 Ellen did a 3-year training to become a Non-medical practitioner so she could legally open her own homeopathic practice. And then in Feb 2007, she opened her own homeopathic practice, which she still has today. Ellen received her second breast cancer diagnosis in 2008, which led her to further investigate life changes, including diet and so many other alternative treatments that she credits for her cure.
And finally, just last year, after 33 years Ellen felt inspired to re-start her pottery. She now does pottery alongside her homeopathic practice. She is in the process of building her new pottery website & is excited to have this creative outlet to pour her passion into. She says it is a great balance for her to do both. There is some real magic to this because it shows her constantly how she is doing; when she creates a pot that is well done then she can tell she is in a very healthy place. He is truly a source of inspiration advocating plant-based diets and the end of animal cruelty worldwide, Dr. Klaper contributed to the making of two PBS television programs Food for Thought and the award-winning Diet for a New America movie based on the book of the same name by author and former heir to the Baskin-Robbins fortune, John Robbins. He teaches his students and patients that “health comes from healthy living,” and is dedicated to the healing and flourishing of all living beings and of th e planet itself.
Dr. Michael Klaper graduated in 1972 from University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. He served his medical internship at Vancouver General Hospital in British Columbia, Canada and undertook additional training in surgery, anesthesiology, and orthopedics at the University of British Columbia Hospitals in Vancouver, and obstetrics at the University of California Hospitals in San Francisco.
As Dr. Klaper’s medical career progressed, he began to realize (true to what science is bearing out today) that many of the diseases his patients presented with – clogged arteries (atherosclerosis), high blood pressure (hypertension), obesity, adult onset diabetes, and even some forms of arthritis, asthma, and other significant illnesses – were made worse or actually caused by the high-fat, high sugar, overly processed Standard American Diet (S.A.D.).
Accordingly, Dr. Klaper resolutely believes that proper nutrition and a balanced lifestyle are essential for health and, in many cases, can make the difference between healing an illness or merely treating its symptoms.
As a passionate and devoted educator of physicians and other healthcare professionals about the importance of nutrition in clinical practice, Dr. Michael Klaper served as the Director of the non-profit Institute of Nutrition Education and Research.
He was also a member of the Nutrition Task Force of the American Medical Student Association, and served as an advisor to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) project on nutrition for long-term space colonists on the moon and Mars.

IN THIS EPISODE: On this episode, I’m talking again with Dr. Michael Klaper. He’s such a generous guy and knows a ton about the medical practice of water fasting. Many people are afraid of fasting. They think it’s unsafe and bad for your body. But the truth is that it’s only been in the most modern era that humanity has had the luxury of eating as much as we do now. Our ancestors HAD to fast and it was actually good for them. And look what’s happened as a result of our modern ways: we’ve gotten fat, lazy, and sick. Fasting is clearly not harmful.
Water fasting is an amazing way to cleanse the body of toxins and reset its ability to regulate good health. More and more research is coming out every day about the benefits that come from a prolonged state of fasting. Dr. Michael Klaper is my guest today because I wanted to know more about the benefits of water fasting - and you know that I wanted to share it with you, too, right?
Did you know that water fasting can be used to cure many of the maladies that beset our culture these days? Diabetes, high blood pressure, bowel issues, even some depressive conditions can be cured - yes, entirely cured - using a carefully supervised regimen that includes water fasting. Dr. Klaper’s clinic in southern California specializes in helping people get the help they need through fasting, at very affordable rates.
If you find yourself in a state of ill health without making much progress in the hands of conventional medicine, you need to reach out to Dr. Klaper to find out if water fasting under his care would be a way you could address your issues. On this episode I asked Dr. Klaper to share how people could get in touch with him or become a...

For over ten years, he hosted the popular medical information radio program Sounds of Healing on WPFW in Washington, DC and KAOI 1110 AM on Maui, Hawaii.
Dr. Michael Klaper practiced acute care medicine in New Zealand for three years and currently serves on the staff of the TrueNorth Health Center in Santa Rosa, California, a nutritionally-based medical clinic specializing in therapeutic fasting and health improvement through a whole-foods, plant-based diet. Dr. Michael Klaper is licensed to practice medicine in California and Hawaii.

IN THIS EPISODE: The dairy industry has been around for a very long time - and for all that time we’ve been told that milk is good for us. Remember? “Milk, it does a body good!” But is that true? My guest today is an expert in the field and has discovered just how much we’ve been lied to over the years. Not only is dairy NOT good for us, it actually causes much of the sickness we see in the world today.
Dr. Klaper is someone I’ve wanted to have on my show for quite a while because he comes from a dairy industry background, having worked on his grandfather’s dairy farm as a boy. He knows how brainwashed everyone in the industry is because he was once in the same shoes. He also knows how we as consumers have been led to believe the exact opposite of what is true. Not only that, he’s got the experience as a physician to see the real life changes that happen when his patients get off dairy entirely.
One of the things Dr. Klaper says about his medical practice is that he’s one of the happiest doctors he knows. That’s because he is constantly seeing his patients get well. The non-dairy recommendations he makes bring dramatic changes to all kinds of chronic conditions almost immediately. He’s convinced how poisonous dairy is to the human body because he’s seen the results of removing it from the diet.
If you want to know what you can do to help wean our country off the poisons that exist naturally in dairy products it starts with you. You’ve got to commit yourself to getting off all dairy products for the sake of your own health first. While you’re doing that you’ll be sending a financial message to the dairy industry that won’t believe their propaganda and lies...

EP 52 - Nicholai Jablokov - Getting the Right Minerals For the Body To Maximize Health
TODAY’S GUEST:
Nicholai Jablokov is the President, CEO, and co-founder of Good State Inc, an ionic mineral and nutritional supplement company founded in 2009 based in Fort Washington, PA. A former college athlete, Nicholai had goals and aspirations of making it to the next level. He had the physical tools and mental makeup but was unable to perform at his highest level due to severe nutrient deficiencies. After personal research and due diligence, he was able to understand the benefits and importance of a complete nutritional program. From there, he worked in major vitamin & health retail stores and helped countless customers get themselves on track towards a healthier lifestyle. Over time he realized the amount of energy and effort it took to try and pick out quality supplement products from a seemingly endless selection. It then became his goal to start a company which provided top quality supplements and support to help people give their body what it needs for a good state of health. From his research and experience, he decided that highly absorbable ionic minerals were the direction he needed to go. Nearly 10 years later and thousands of customers served, it is still Nicholai's belief that the key to a good state of health is providing the body what it needs in the correct absorbable form.

IN THIS EPISODE: One of my most downloaded episodes is the one Lloyd and I did a while back about vitamin and mineral supplements. That means you’re probably going to really enjoy the topic of this episode. It’s about how you can get the minerals for your body and their importance for our health. But it’s not only about taking supplements to ensure you’re getting the minerals you need, it’s about taking them in the right way and in the right form. My guest today has the experience and knowledge to tell us all about those variables and how to apply them to our health appropriately. I want you to meet Nicholai Jablokov.
Minerals are one of the things your body CANNOT do without. But it’s not as easy as getting a multi-mineral supplement from your health food store or grocer. While those may in fact contain the minerals you need, they are likely not in a FORM your body can actually use. So they are a waste of money and effort, and worst of all get your hope up that you’ll benefit when you won’t. You’ve got to get the right minerals for the body, which means the right form of mineral just as much as anything else. Nicholai Jablokov is leading the way with his company. Find out more by listening.
Ionic minerals are the right minerals for the body. They are the form that the body can actually utilize. But what makes the difference between ionic minerals and earth minerals - and more importantly, how can you tell if you’re getting the right kind? My guest today is Nicholai Jablokov, a man who has studied the issue and created the right minerals for the body to solve his own health problems. You can hear his story and find out what he’s produced to help others, on this episode.
Don’t be fooled into thinking that there’s a one-size-fits-all approach to getting the right minerals for your body. You can’t expect that a multi-mineral from the health food store will solve your mineral problems because YOUR body has specific needs that are unique to you. You need to be able to do a hair test to find out exactly what minerals you are deficient in. Nicholai Jablokov chats with me about how his company, Good State approaches the issue of specific minerals for specific people, on this episode. I think you’ll be encouraged by the good work they are doing.
If you need to take control of your health issues you need to be aware of the deficiencies most people experience when it comes to minerals. Magnesium and potassium are two of the most common that people need and are not getting. On this episode of Vidal Speaks you can find out how to discover your own unique needs and more importantly, how to remedy your problems. I chat with Nikolai Jablokov of Good State on this episode.
