Danny Masterson -That 70s Show Star Found GUILTY!
Danny Masterson, star of That 70s Show has been found guilty of two counts of sexual assault in a retrial of a case involving three women. The third count against Jane Doe 3 has been declared a mistrial. The verdict came some six months after Masterson’s first trial, at which he also faced these charges against three women he met through the Church of Scientology, ended in a mistrial, with jurors leaning toward acquittal.
The actor’s accusers said he sexually assaulted them at his Hollywood Hills home after plying them with alcohol. Many of them either are or were Scientologists and further alleged that the church suppressed them from reporting Masterson, a lifelong member, to the LAPD.
Masterson played Jameson “Rooster” Bennett on the Netflix series for three seasons alongside former That 70s Show costar Ashton Kutcher before he was fired in the wake of his sexual assault allegations.
Masterson faces up to 30 years to life in state prison.

The Mysterious Disappearance of Maura Murray - It Just Gets Stranger!
The Mysterious Disappearance Of Maura Murray, the Nursing Student from UMass Amherst who vanished without a trace back in February 2004 is one of the most compelling and strange missing person cases in history.
On a cold early February afternoon, Maura Murray contacted her college professor to inform them she was taking some time off due to a family emergency. Maura then packed up some things, got into her car and drove away from the campus. Around 140 miles away, at around 7:30 pm, she crashed her car into a ditch after skidding on a sheet of ice. The accident was witnessed and reported by members of the public, but by the time police arrived Maura had vanished. Authorities were able to trace the abandoned vehicle back to her, but she was never seen or heard from again.
Maura’s relatives were unable to confirm her claim of a family emergency, which left investigators and loved ones confused about why she would make this up. Also, the fact she crashed her car and then fled before help arrived initially led people to speculate that Maura wanted to disappear voluntarily.
The possibility of Maura committing suicide has also been considered. However, the fact she took essential items with her implies that she had no intention of imminently ending her own life. For example, if this was the case, it could be argued there was no long-term use for resources such as cash, textbooks or contraceptive pills. The textbooks in her possession indicate that she was keen to continue studying, and the pills tell us that she wished to remain on birth control.
That being said, it is particularly bizarre that she fled the scene of the crash and left supplies behind that she could not live comfortable without, specifically the toiletries and clothing. It suggests that she was in a hurry to get away undetected before authorities arrived. This leads us to consider — why was she in such a rush and reluctant to get help?
Since she did purchase alcohol and there were traces of it found on her car seats, there is the possibility that maybe she had been drinking and, in combination with the bad weather, this caused her to crash. This definitely would explain why she did not want emergency services to attend the scene, as she may have feared the consequences of drink-driving. However, there is ultimately no conclusive evidence to show Maura had consumed alcohol immediately prior to her disappearance.
Others who are familiar with this case, including Maura’s own sister, have theorized that Maura’s mental health may have been suffering, or that she might have been feeling stressed and needed to get away for a short while. From what we know, the relationship she had with her family seemed healthy and there was no evidence that Maura was being threatened or blackmailed, so there is no clear reason for her to want to escape any familial abuse or bad blood.
To this day, the most plausible explanation seems to be either that:
- Maura became lost or disoriented and died accidentally,
OR
- she was targeted and killed intentionally by another person.
If Maura was killed purposefully by another person, then this prompts more questions: were they an opportunist murderer posing as a friendly stranger to gain her trust? Or is there a possibility her killer was already known to her?

The Strange Rendlesham Forest UFO Sightings | Britain's Roswell
In December 1980 strange UFO sightings were reported in Rendlesham Forest in Suffolk, England by numerous witnesses over the course of a few days. The unexplained phenomenon is one of the most famous reported UFO events in history and has garnered the nickname of ‘Britain’s Roswell’, a nod to the well-known UFO incident that took place in New Mexico in 1947.
The question remains, did the events witnessed on the 26th and 28th December 1980 definitively constitute an encounter with an extra-terrestrial object? Lieutenant Colonel Halt believed that what he and the others saw was outer-worldly, going on record again in 2010 to state it was real and the UK and U.S. governments covered it up.
Whilst many believe it was a UFO that descended into the forest that night, there are a great number of sceptics who feel there is little truth in that version of events.

The Karla Homolka Deal - Was Justice Served?
Karla Homolka is a Canadian serial killer who only served 12 years in prison due to a heinous plea deal - known as the Deal with the Devil - with Ontario prosecutors in order to testify against her husband Paul Bernado and many people today still feel that justice has not been served.
Videos that were captured their crimes - the kidnapping, sexual assault and murder of 3 young women including Homolka's own sister - were not presented in Homolka's case, as they were not known to the court when she agreed to a deal.
While some argued the videos later proved her active involvement in the crimes, she had already fulfilled her end of the deal by testifying against Bernardo. The courts did not reopen her case.

Brian Shaffer - Possibly the Most Mysterious Missing Person Case Ever
As far as missing person cases go, none is arguably more mysterious than that of Brian Shaffer, the former Ohio University medical student who went missing on April 1, 2006 after a night out with his friend.
In the early morning hours of April 1, 2006, 27-year-old Brian Shaffer was captured by CCTV cameras entering the Ugly Tuna Saloona — and hasn't been seen since.
The final footage of Brian Shaffer from the security cameras at the Ugly Tuna clearly showed him walking offscreen and back toward the bar entrance before disappearing entirely. It was certainly possible that the cameras simply missed Shaffer before he left the scene. But one camera panned continuously around while the other was manually operated.
And while the bar also had one other exit, it led to a chaotic construction site. Investigators then wondered if that meant perhaps Shaffer had disappeared on purpose. He could have changed his clothes or left through the exit that led to the construction site. But Shaffer’s family has always insisted that there was no motive for him to fake his disappearance. And indeed, it seemed he had more to look forward to than to escape from.

Richard Ramirez got Married in Prison! | Clips
Surprisingly serial killer Richard Ramirez had a massive fanbase who attended his trial and he also got married in prison to Doreen Lioy. Former detective on the Night Stalker case Gil Carrillo discusses the disturbing fanbase of Richard Ramirez, his horrible childhood and more!
Richard, the son of Mercedes and Julian Ramirez, was born in El Paso, Texas on February 28, 1960. Growing up Richard was a troubled kid. A lot of this was due to his older cousin, Miguel (also known as "Mike"), who had just returned from fighting in Vietnam. Ramirez’s cousin would tell him gruesome stories and show pictures of the torture he would inflict upon Vietnamese women. Mike introduced Richard to drugs, which consequently resulted in Ramirez committing petty crimes. He also became interested in Satanism.
The first serous crime that Ramirez was involved in was the murder of his cousin’s wife. Although Mike was the one who murdered his own wife, Ramirez was at the scene of the crime and didn’t do anything to stop it. In 1977, Ramirez was sent to a juvenile detention center for a series of petty crimes. In addition, he was put on probation for marijuana possession in 1982. Soon after these two crimes, Ramirez moved to California and continued to commit crimes such as burglary and possession of cocaine, as well as a car theft charge, which resulted in a jail sentence.
On June 28, 1984, Ramirez’s committed his first murder. The 79-year-old victim was sexually assaulted, stabbed and murdered in her own home. In just one year Ramirez had murdered over a dozen people and tortured of 25 people. After many delays, in 1989, Richard Ramirez, age 29, was sentenced to the conviction of 13 murders, five attempted murders, 11 sexual assaults and 14 burglaries. Ramirez was sentenced to die in California’s gas chamber. After being sentenced he merely stated “Big deal. Death always went with the territory. See you in Disneyland.” After being on death row for more than 23 years, Ramirez died from B-cell lymphoma at age 53 on June 7, 2013.

Bryan Kohberger is accused of the murders of four University of Idaho students which stunned the college community of Moscow, but just who is the Idaho student murderer and what is his background? This segment looks at his school and college years before the murders took place.
Kohberger was born on November 21, 1994 in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania and his parents are natives of Brooklyn, New York.
Shortly after finishing Pleasant Valley High School in 2013, he attended Monroe Career and Technical Institute in Bartonsville but dropped out a year later. Kohberger later attended Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, where he earned an associate degree in psychology in 2018. After graduating from Northampton, he worked as a security guard for the Pleasant Valley School District, the same school district where his father previously worked as a maintenance worker for many years and his mother for a time as a substitute teacher. He received a B.A. in 2020 and an M.A. in 2022 in Criminal Justice from DeSales University, in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
In the summer of 2022, Kohberger moved to Washington state to pursue a PhD at Washington State University in Pullman; its campus is less than eight miles (13 km) west of Moscow. At the time of the killings, he was a doctoral student in criminology and had completed his first semester there nine days before his arrest. Kohberger had been a teaching assistant at WSU, and less than two weeks before the murders, faculty members met with him to discuss growing concerns about his behavior and conduct. Kohberger was terminated from his teaching assistant role on December 19 with the decision being based on "his unsatisfactory performance as a teaching assistant, including his failure to meet the 'norms of professional behavior' in his interactions with the faculty."
