Episode 8: Summer 2014 continues we bring water to the home-site, a garage attached shower facility and clearing of some dead trees.

Episode 14 Summer 2018 continues into the fall with cabin interior electrical, plumbing and kitchen work. Rusty continues to concern me.

Episode 14 Rusty developed pancreatitis in January, had developed cataracts in both eyes and became diabetic. We had a short visit to the property in May and again with an extended visit in the summer, from July to the first week in October.

Episode 12: Summer project was only a short few weeks, but the one goal (a septic system) was finally completed with other minor projects in between.

Episode 11: As summer 2015 comes to a close, cabin construction continues as well as some other projects and fun

Episode 10: Summer 2015 continues with cabin construction, injury and smoke compromised....We will move on!

Episode 9: June 2015, the long anticipated cabin begins to take shape. Smoke filled the valley air. The construction project was Interrupted by a debilitating accident that could have sopped the whole project in its tracks.

Episode 159: I need to apologize to my one fan for the delay in continuing my Retirement Adventure. Please continue watching I will try to be more punctual.

Episode 7 Summer 2014 we returned to excavate and bring water from 300 feet below to near the projected homesite. Rerouting the driveway and leveling the homesite. Summer 2014 continues in Episode 8. Stay tuned.

Episode 6: Summer 2013 continued with a last minute water well and a short winter visit to the property.

Episode 5: Rusty and I continued to work and enjoy the adventure. But time was running out and I needed to get back to Southern California to work.

Episode #4 Summer 2013. Tools and equipment began to prepare the ultimate desires for the location. Unbelievable rain day after day was discouraging, but onward we must go!

The search continued in the northeast corner of Washington State in the late summer of 2012. We found our dream property, purchased it and returned in December for a short visit. Come with us as the adventure continues.
