Tucano

This is a generic model of the precast concrete stations developed by the NSWGR PC2 in O scale. As modelled it features the rusticated planks developed to address the issues from the earlier designs. This model would be suitable for any time period starting from the mid-1920s to now.

This model of the NSWGR 44 Class is fitted with a custom Arduino controller and amplifier. The controller is used to access the functions and sound files stored on an ESU Loksound V4 DCC decoder. The locomotive is driven electrically and is a vast improvement on the petrol-powered equivalent. The Model RR Craftsman customised the sound for this project

A stay alive can is installed in this locomotive in parallel with the factory capacitor located at the front of the tender, it improved the slow running by a significant margin - MRRC

Cowel modified awaiting final sand and decision on intercooler inlet
