Join The Conversation! | https://trialsitenews.com/ The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) last week approved adding Covid-19 vaccinations to the recommended vaccine schedules for children and adults. Although the vote for the recommendation was unanimous, several members of the ACIP stressed they were not setting a requirement for anyone to be vaccinated. The recommendation included a statement which stressed this was not a requirement for children to attend school. "Adding the COVID-19 vaccine to the recommended childhood immunization schedule does not constitute a requirement that any child receive the vaccine," offered Dr. Nirav Shah, an ACIP member and Director of Maine's Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The meeting started rumors saying the vote created a nationwide student mandate. Even though this isn’t true, it did start a series of legal moves by state attorney generals.

Recently posted in the preprint server medRxiv, co-author Rokuro Hama, director of the Japan Institute of Pharmacovigilance, a Japanese post-approval monitoring agency, reports evidence of growing concern. A sophisticated operation, this Japanese group diligently pursued its mission. They report that myocarditis mortality ratios (MMRRs) and their confidence intervals (95%) after receiving the COVID-19 vaccines compared with the general reference population over the past three years were significantly higher not only among the young adult population (highest in the 30s with MMRR of 6.69) but also in the elderly.

The companies have been criticized, along with the government, for releasing the product to the market prior to the completion of clinical trials. Typically, before such products are authorized on an emergency basis or formally approved, they are subjected to extensive testing in randomized controlled trials. In the case of this Omicron subvariant-focused booster, the regulatory authorities, such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in America accepted the investigational product on an emergency use authorization (EUA) basis due to animal data and risk-based assessments of the mRNA technology platform (e.g., prior clinical trials and real-world data). Both BioNTech and Pfizer are sponsoring a clinical trial (NCT05472038) evaluating the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of the BNT162b2-based bivalent booster based on a 30-µg booster of the investigational product (product still investigational as it's under EUA).

Dr. Nixon is a family physician in Australia. He has become increasingly concerned about safety and product quality of the covid-19 injections and decided to investigate them independently using a standard optical microscope. His findings are startling and show many types of unexplained debris and structures not previously seen in injectable products. These structures should be considered product contaminations and impurities at a minimum. Due to their size alone they can pose danger to health. Dr. Nixon has demonstrated that in case of Pfizer product, certain structures grow when exposed to electromagnetic fields (from a wifi router) and do not grow when shielded from this field by a Faraday bag (a bag designed to shield electronic devices). In Apter v. HHS, a group of physicians sued to hold the Food and Drug Administration, a federal agency within the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), accountable for its alleged interference with physicians’ ability to treat Covid-19.

Genfit is spreading its bets in a rare liver disease with the buyout of Versantis, a clinical-stage biotech whose most advanced drug candidate brings a novel approach to treating a liver disease complication that has no FDA-approved therapies. And yes, Genfit already has a drug candidate on track for the treatment of acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). But by acquiring Versantis, it adds another drug that works in a different way and is further along in development for the same disorder.
