Australian Physician-Investigator Fired over Vaccine Mandates takes fight to Supreme Court
Join The Conversation! | https://trialsitenews.com/
Do doctors have the right to quote research results, even if they are disputed, challenged, or represent some controversial stance opposed to a formal government position? What if the data is the result from their own research or real-world care? The answer around the world, is ever increasingly no, as national governments pressure medical professional licensing bodies and health systems, indirectly, to punish any medical providers that promulgate “misinformation.”

Whistleblower I Doctors call for criminal charges against 'vax pushers'
In this must watch episode of Whistleblower with Shabnam Palesa Mohamed, frontliners Dr Stefaan Oosthuizen and Dr EV Rapiti share their experiences of extensive patient vaccine injuries, difficulties in reporting to the South African government, the regulator SAHPRA, and the injections manufacturer, and treatment protocols they use to help people. Aware of the severe underreporting of vaccine injuries, they support criminal charges and civil claims against individuals and companies pushing the C19 injections on people, without informed consent. Both brave doctors hope that more whistleblowers will speak out.

Study: Vaccinated 5X More Contagious Than the Unvaccinated 10 Days After SARS-CoV-2 Infection
Join The Conversation! | https://trialsitenews.com/
Published recently in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), a study led by Massachusetts-based physician-scientists leads to a disturbing discovery: individuals fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 actually recover markedly more slowly from the illness and surprisingly, even remain contagious for lengthier periods of time as compared to unvaccinated persons. While the study didn’t investigate implications associated with illness severity, the findings nonetheless raise significant questions for consideration. This study was approved by the institutional review board and the institutional biosafety committee at Mass General Brigham, and informed consent was obtained from all the participants. The takeaway from this study could be profound should the results scale out to larger cohorts. People that are vaccinated remain five times as contagious as those who are unvaccinated ten days after SARS-CoV-2 infection. Put another way, the vaccinated continue to transmit the disease significantly more than the unvaccinated should the data hold up across broader investigation.

Summit Therapeutics Announces Phase 3 Ri-CoDIFy Study of Ridinilazole
Summit Therapeutics announced topline results from the Phase III Ri-CoDIFy study evaluating ridinilazole for the treatment of and Sustained Clinical Response (SCR) for patients suffering from C. difficile infection (C. diff. infection or CDI). The study showed that ridinilazole resulted in a higher observed SCR rate than vancomycin but did not meet the study’s primary endpoint for superiority. SCR is defined as Clinical Response of the treated episode of CDI and no recurrence of the infection through 30 days after the end of treatment. Patients treated with ridinilazole experienced substantially less recurrence of C. diff. infection as compared to patients administered vancomycin. In this study recurrence was defined as a new episode of diarrhea (?3 unformed bowel movements) in a 1-day period with a positive C. difficile test that requires CDI antimicrobial treatment in subjects who achieved Clinical Response.

Law vs Science I What is the evidence of fraud in the C19 vaccine trial?
Is 'safe and effective' fraudulent misrepresentation? Is censorship of science misrepresentation? Is non-disclosure of conflicts of interest fraud through omission? What about uninformed consent? In this first episode of Law vs Science, Shabnam Palesa Mohamed engages multi-skilled scientist Dr Jessica Rose, veteran OBGYN expert Dr James Thorpe, and clinical researcher and Pfizer whistle-blower Brook Jackson on the strongest evidence of fraud in the C19 jab trial. Each with uncensored perspectives, these experts believe that fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, and omission continues to happen, and must result in accountability. But from whom? Who is 'the government'? And what is the dire premonition about growing public anger?

Victory for Medical Choice in Illinois: Health System Settles for $10.3m with Workers over Mandates
Join The Conversation! | https://trialsitenews.com/
Article | A legal clash pitting healthcare employees that opted out of the COVID-19 vaccine mandates for religious motivations against a sizable Midwestern integrated health system has been settled by the parties based on a $10.3 million negotiated agreement that now just simply needs execution by a federal judge. Billed by the plaintiff’s counsel as the first-class action lawsuit settlement against a private employer concerning the COVID-19 vaccine mandates, the conflict started when fourteen healthcare employees, including nurses, a pharmacy tech, and a senior application analyst filed a lawsuit last October against the defendant, NorthShore University HealthSystem. The employees were named anonymously in the litigation.

Whistleblower l Nurse reveals C19 patient mistreatment and vaccine injuries
In this first episode of Whistleblower, Shabnam Palesa Mohamed speaks with a veteran registered nurse who has chosen to speak out because she believe medical practices "are killing people" and "we need to save lives". To protect patients, 'Susan' shares harrowing experiences of C19 patient trauma and post jab injuries including heart attacks, brain damage and death. According to Susan, 300 C19 patients who died could have been saved had the hospital changed their protocols and avoided drugs like Midozolam. Adding to the impact, is the targeting and victimisation of staff who dare to speak out for their patients.

How complementary medicines won a court case in South Africa
Natural and complementary medicine is a highly contested space globally. Even the WHO wants to be involved and set up a Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine department.
In South Africa, the
Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) upheld the judgement of the Gauteng North High Court, which struck down the controversial 2017 Complementary Medicine regulations under the Medicines Act.
Both the High Court and SCA unanimously agreed that the South African Health Products Authority (SAHPRA) has no legal jurisdiction to regulate substances that are not medicines or scheduled substances.
The verdict follows after the Alliance of Natural Health Products South Africa (ANHP), took the Minister of Health and the SAHPRA to court over contested regulations that would regulate all natural health products, defined as complementary medicines and health supplements, as medicines.
Watch TSN's Shabnam Palesa Mohamed unpack the case and the implications with lawyer Danmari Deguid and indigenous medicine advocate Menzi Maseko

First Type 1 Diabetes Patient Receiving Novel Gene-Edited Cell Replacement Therapy
Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a biotech based in Boston, is acquiring ViaCyte’s stem-cell derived cell replacement therapies to take the next step of providing a cure for Type 1 diabetes (T1D) to the public. In fact, they’re buying the whole company for 320 million dollars.
Back in February, ViaCyte and partner CRISPR Therapeutics dosed their first patient in a Phase I trial of VCTX210 for T1D. The therapy is an investigational, patient-derived, gene-edited, immune-evasive, stem cell therapy. The therapy combines CRISPR’s gene-editing expertise with ViaCyte’s proprietary pluripotent stem cell line. VCTX210 produces pancreatic cells that won’t be rejected by the patient’s immune system but should differentiate into pancreatic endoderm cells, which will then produce insulin.

CATalyst l SA employee wins decisive victory against vaccination policy - How?
South Africa's labour law landscape is robust, and in general, protects workers rights when unfairly treated. The exception to this principle became evident during C19, where countless workers were dismissed for refusing to be vaccinated, citing necessity, safety and efficacy. It appears that the dismissal tide is now turning against SA's high unemployment rate. In this interview by Shabnam Palesa Mohamed, we find out how the employee in this case won a decisive victory based on the expertise of medical expert Dr EV Rapiti and legal argument by attorney Quentin Horn. Proving insight on the applicant's experience is private investigator, Melissa Moller. How did the employee win 12 months in compensation?

Dr. Ben Carson Accusation: The FDA Violated the Law with its Relentless Crusade Against Ivermectin
Join The Conversation! | https://trialsitenews.com/
Two prominent figures in the past Trump administration have come forward to declare the actions by federal agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and others overstepped their boundaries, turning into what they claim is an illegal crusade against the generic drug ivermectin. The well-known neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson, a founder of the American Cornerstone Institute, served the previous POTUS as U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, while attorney C. Boyden Gray served as White House Counsel, U.S. Ambassador to the European Union and a special envoy on behalf of the U.S. to Europe for Eurasia.

AstraZeneca to acquire TeneoTwo and its clinical-stage T-cell engager
AstraZeneca is boosting its roster with the acquisition of TeneoTwo, which currently has a Phase 1 trial testing its newest treatment for blood cancer, in a deal valued up to 1.27 billion dollars.
The transaction, expected to close in the third quarter of this year, includes TNB-486, which is part of a class of therapeutic antibodies called T-cell engagers. These are emerging as promising treatments for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. The drug is also being considered for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma. Bringing TeneoTwo into the fold allows Astrazeneca to build on the success of Calquence and further strengthen its pipeline.

Quest for Universal Vaccines as ‘2.0’ COVID Solution Will Only Widen the Trust Gap
Join The Conversation! | https://trialsitenews.com/
The first wave of what TrialSite refers to as Version 1.0 COVID-19 vaccines were part of a public health communications scheme that was as much political and economic in nature as it was health and science-related. From the start, a confluence of national public health and research agencies, regulators, and industry discussed eradicating the SARS-CoV-2 pathogen, despite the fact that it was a volatile, dynamic, and mutation-prone RNA virus.
