Equilibrium Analysis (Weekly Project 9)
In this video, I present an equilibrium analysis that I preformed on a modeled Treehouse Attachment Bolt, also known as a TAB. This video satisfies weekly project 9 of @PurdueCE's Advanced Structural Mechanics (CE570).
Here, I'll:
✅ define a symmetric Cauchy Stress field tensor
✅ find the body force density vector field required for equilibrium
✅ find the total body force vector on a subset of the TAB's volume
✅ verify my hand calculation with an approach using @MATLAB
