Near Little Creek, DE at Port Mahon, the horseshoe crabs come ashore from Delaware Bay every year to spawn. Many get washed into the rocks and cannot escape. We pulled many from the rocks and put them back on the beach. May 2012

A car entered an intersection and a van coming from its left also entered the intersection. The car hit the side of the van causing the van to yaw and then flip and slide. We had five cats who had access via pet doors to the outdoors. One in particular, the one on top of the cat tree, was always bringing things home. Usually dead and sometimes half eaten. But this time she brought in a live squirrel and then tired of playing with it.The squirrel was on the cat tree and did not want to leave.

My wife worked at an animal rescue and raised Snickers at our house, with our two dogs and three other cats. He was still being bottle fed when we got him. Once he was taken to the adoption center he was so confident and fearless he would go into the dog pens and eat their food and chase them around. He also let them lick him until he was sopping wet! I'm happy to say that Snickers was adopted by a wonderful family. Created on August 3, 2011

Our foster kitten, Tiger Lily, like all those before her, loves to play with Sherlock's tail. The more agitated that 23 pound Sherlock gets the more his tail whips and the more fun the kitty thinks it is.
