A 20 minute talk with a homeless couple trying to survive on the streets of the Kensington neighborhood in Philadelphia Pennsylvania as drug addicts. There are needles below the man's chair and 3 more I saw just on the steps that this couple calls home. Why isn't our government getting these people and all those like them, off the streets? I bet with all the $$$ sent to Ukraine for that conflict with Russia, we could have housed every homeless person in America. For the love of humanity, America should be able to help it's own!
