My Anycubic Kobra Neo had a bad heated bed. Anycubic had me try a test print. For some reason, as soon as I started the pring I got an error telling me the printer couldn't go to the home position. I was told the new bed would solve all of that, and it made no sense to me. Now that I've installed the replacement bed, the Y axis still wont' home. I replaced the cable, and it would then try, but for some reason, the printer made a strange noise, and still does't home before I get the same error message.

When printing my Anycubic Kobra Neo would have an error stating MinBed Temp. Not exactly sure what that error means, as the bed is still maintaining temp. But It stops the pring and you can't continue. After contacting Anycubic, I was given a test file to print. After loading the file onto my printer with an SD card, the printer now shows the error stating that it can't go to the home position.
