So, I converted my older Echo SRM 2620X Weedeater to a blade setup for thicker brush and it has really been a godsend. I think it's most helpful if you can have two string trimmer setups- one traditional, and one converted to this. Perfect for that size of brush that's too thick for the string, and just doesn't justify the chainsaw. 😂😂

People have been talking about holster compatibility for the Stealth Arms Platypus- These are two I've found that work for my needs. The GearCraft option is one they did custom for me using my Platypus itself to mold it off of. My Platypus is Commander length with a threaded barrel, full dust cover, full rail, and ambi safety. The QVO is their "More Discrete" model for 4.25" 1911s paired with a Streamlight TLR-9 WML. It required minor reshaping and fitting to clear the magazine release, but otherwise is a good option.
