In this episode, we are visited by Dave Yancey of Leaf 'n Grain again for another great discussion on cigar and spirit pairings. On this visit Dave brought us some whiskey and vodka sours and we of course paired this with a Brazilian Maduro house stick from Tobacco Cabana. I was totally impressed with the different flavors I was able to pick up with each pairing.
For our 'Texas Toast' with you the viewers, we drank from one of the whiskey sours that we were tasting. I hope you had your favorite drink to watch along with us.

While smoking this fantastic Texas cigar, Kurt and I talked about what makes this 1 year old cigar shop feel like home. We were visited by one of the patrons, Shawn that drives 45 minutes to smoke at this very down to earth Texas lounge situated in a historic home built in 1903.

Are Boutique Cigars Better? – Pit Stop 66
Hi, I'm David with Texas Cigar Roadshow.
This episode is brought to you by the Lone Star Cigar Association: a club where B/SOTL get together once a month to have drinks, food, talk and of course cigars. We meet in Tobacco Cabana in Cedar Hill and 3Rs Cigars in Duncanville.

On this episode we are shooting inside Tobacco Cabana: voted the 2020 #1 Cigar Lounge on CigarScore.com. They are located at 267 Hickerson St., Cedar Hill, TX 75104 \ 469-272-5999

This show is a part of the Texas Cigar Roadshow: The 2020 #1 Cigar Show on CigarScore.com, what we like to call a Pit Stop. When on the road you eventually need to take a pit stop where you can refuel and catch your breath. In a Texas Cigar Roadshow Pit Stop, Ian and I will have a cigar, a drink, or drinks, and talk about different cigar accessories, topics or individuals in the cigar industry, and how they will add to your cigar culture experience or knowledge.
I am smoking the Definition Cigar Pig Maduro. Jermal is smoking the DC Phoenix and Ian is smoking one of DC's newest blends, the Agent 5. This was my first time to smoke the Pig Maduro which I found to get a nice meaty taste from. Try as we may, Jermal would not disclose the blend of the Agent 5, hence the name. To find out what your Definition is go to - https://definitioncigars.com/
On this episode Ian and I got to sit down with Jermal of Definition Cigars again. Being that DC is a very boutique cigar company I thought it would be appropriate to have Jermal on so we could discuss some of the aspects of what makes a company a boutique cigar company or not.
For our 'Texas Toast' with you the viewers, Jermal and I are drinking Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond bourbon. This Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the Distillery’s history when in 1939 it released Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond. To find out more about this whiskey go to https://www.woodfordreserve.com/whiskey/malt-whiskey/ Ian is having a good ole cup of coffee.
Thank you for watching another episode of the Texas Cigar Roadshow Pit Stop and as always, Enjoy the leaf. Grow the culture.
