Here’s an easy recipe for your holiday gatherings and a little encouragement for this trying season. Broccoli Casserole 2 lbs of Broccoli 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of mayonnaise 2 cups of cheese Topping: 2 stacks of ritz style crackers 1/2 stick of butter Steam broccoli, drain. Mix in soup, mayonnaise, and cheese. Melt butter and mix in crackers. Pour broccoli mix into an 11 x 13 pan and top with crackers.
