Recipe for Revolution?
The “Real American Revolution” was a radical change in the views of the people - and it happened years before the War for Independence. Some of the main underlying principles are also essential for a radical change in the views of the people today.

Don't Trust Government
How do you trust governments that consistently disregard the Constitution and infringe on individual liberty? You can’t. But it’s important to always remain skeptical of any government - and stand firm in the defense of our Constitution and liberty.

What Do We Do About it?
They definitely don’t teach this in the government-run schools. The founders told us how to enforce the limits of the constitution when the federal government - whether just one branch or all three - refuses to follow the rules. Learn from Jefferson, Madison, Dickinson, Sherman - and more.

Destroyer of Liberty: Consolidation
The founders considered consolidation one of the greatest threats to liberty. Both federalist and anti-federalist alike agreed on this political maxim, at least publicly. Their debate was mostly over whether the proposed constitution was creating such a centralized government - including warnings that a tendency towards it would lead to that result in the long run.

3 States vs the ATF “Frame or Receiver” Rule
Arizona, Missouri and Montana prohibit state and local law enforcement from helping the feds enforce various gun control measures, including the new “frame or receiver rule” going after so-called “ghost guns.” This sets a strong foundation for the people in those states to nullify the unconstitutional federal gun control measure in practice and effect.

Most of the Federal Administrative State is Unconstitutional
Supporters of the monster state justify most federal power under a twisted version of the commerce clause - claiming the power “to regulate Commerce … among the several States” gives them power over pretty much anything and everything. But they’re lying.

Implied vs Expressly Reserved: Patrick Henry's Anti-Federalist Speeches 5-7
In a series of speeches during the Virginia Ratifying Convention, Patrick Henry warned that despite arguments to the contrary, the federal government wouldn’t act like its powers were only those delegated to it. Instead, it would act like all others before it - all powers are granted except those expressly reserved.

A Day of Mourning: Bill of Rights Day
Ratified on Dec. 15, 1791, the Bill of Rights has been absolutely trashed for generations. Although many people will sing its praises - for just this one day of the year - “Bill of Rights Day” should really be a day of mourning - recognizing what the people have given up, and lost.

Killer Robot Plan Killed. For Now.
After initially approving a new plan to allow police robots to be armed with lethal force, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors faced such a severe public backlash that they actually reversed course and banned the practice, at least for now. But the plan only came to light due to a 10th Amendment law passed in 2021 addressing the unconstitutional federal militarization of local police.

Nullification Works: REAL ID Edition
James Madison told us that a “refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union” would create “very serious impediments” for federal enforcement - in just a single state. If a number of states did the same, he said it “would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.” What a surprise, the Father of the Constitution was right.

The Federal Court System is Dangerous to the Constitution and Liberty
Many opponents of the Constitution - and some supporters - warned us about the power of the federal court system. Time seems to have proven them right. It’s absolutely foolish to leave the fate of your liberty to the chance that five out of nine politically-connected lawyers – employed by the largest government in history – will do the right thing and limit that same government’s power.

The Central Bank vs the Constitution
The federal reserve is the engine that drives the biggest, most powerful government in the history of the world. We can trace its origins to Alexander Hamilton’s First National Bank in 1791. His arguments in support have provided legal cover to much of the monster state we live under today.

Void. And Treat it That Way Too.
An act not warranted by the Constitution is void. And it should be treated that way, too.
This is exactly what Thomas Jefferson - and even Alexander Hamilton - said the people and states should do.

Federal judges don’t have the final say on the Constitution.
When you think about it, letting federal judges determine the extent of federal power just doesn’t make sense. After all, federal courts are part of the federal government. They aren’t exactly unbiased observers.
